What a great place! This store is completely packed wall to wall with food. Most of it is frozen. Wild Fork says they “blast freeze” all of their products to keep the protein fresh until you are ready to use it. They say their freezing process is 10x faster than at home freezing, sealing in vitamins, reducing crystallization, and keeping the meat fresher. Good to know! There were 3 employees at the store, and they were friendly and helpful. The store was out of a certain item, and when I asked about it, they went to the back room and found some for me. Very nice! They have over 700 items, including a lot of fruit and vegetables. I saw a lot of potato/fries, Mac and cheese, riced broccoli and cauliflower, and fruit-all types of berries, including cranberries. They have so much beef, some grass fed. Everything from black angus, wagyu, brisket, to filets and tomahawk steak. Big selection, and they will tell you what grade, ranging from USDA 0-1 to A5 Wagyu 10-12. Of course there are burgers, hot dogs, and sausage available. They carry exotic meats- rabbit, ostrich, elk, kangaroo, boar, alligator, and lot of variety of bison meat. Wild Fork carries a lot of chicken and turkey products, some of it pasture raised. The usual, wings, breast, thighs, tenders, etc, and some of the poultry is pre-seasoned. Whole chickens as well. You don’t usually see turkey thighs and breast in too many places. There is a staggering amount of seafood, a lot of it wild caught. Lots of shrimp, scallops, salmon, trout, lobster, Chilean sea bass, octopus, tuna, and more. Quite a selection. There are a lot of pork products, as well as lamb and veal. Lots of Iberico pork chops, ribs, steaks, shoulder, etc. I saw some pork tenderloins as well. I did see some brioche buns and a few pies. They offer free local delivery if you become an unlimited member for $29 per year. I recommend this place the prices are reasonable for great quality. Plan to spend an hour if you want to...

Well I’ll start off at least my order showed up but my score reflects the entire experience and the feedback from their customer care team.

I understood the fact the price I was paying was an estimate and the final price will be after the cut of meat is shipped and will based on weight. What I didn’t understand was why the $60 estimated price at point of sale turned into a $100 charge on my card and finally seeing a receipt for $38 when the meat was shipped. It’s way too confusing without the proper explanation from the beginning. I also ordered from them based on the promise of delivery before the 4th of July. The order was shipped and all the info I was receiving during the shipping process was it was getting delivered on time. Then the 2nd I received a call telling me there’s been some issues and my order will be arriving by July 10th. This was no bueno based on plans for eating this on July 4th. To make matters worse they offered a $7 credit for the hassle which was only adding salt to the wound in my opinion. I ended up going out on the night of the 2nd and purchasing another cut of meat for $60 because that’s all that was left since I waited until the last minute. Then funny enough I come home from work on July 3rd to find my original order sitting at my door. Smh, wasted time and money purchasing another one for no reason.

I also don’t like getting a response from their customer care being treated like a child with a screen shot of policy stating price is an estimate and can change based on weight of cut. I stated in my complaint I already knew that, but what I didn’t understand was the 3 different prices and why I was charged $138 for something that was estimated to be around $60. It was later explained that the original $100 charge would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. Man I should’ve just...

I highly recommend that you check their website first to familiarize yourself with their incredible variety of products. Then create a list online and then go to the store. I was a fan before they opened in Dr.phillips Orlando in sand lake road. I used to order online once month. The quality of their meats at that price is second to none. Then the variety is incredible now my favorites are as follows: grill cheese on a stick is a must you will not find this in any supermarket, pichana, hanger steak my favorite cut, wagyu ground beef, trp tip, lava cakes, souffle, potatoes gratins are incredible, lamb products are all amazing and great price, Tritip, tenderloin bites , Ribeyes cubes I make kabob with that, tried almost any desert or appetizer and it is worth trying. They are Sausage heaven and have super hard to find specially any the agentinian style or the chistorra from Spain so try that too or any other you will be impress. And the prices are amazing, also check the organic wings, other organic products are really good. If you are still not sure go to the website and add to cart then check reviews in the website and buy and try, that's how I have discover so many good products. Aged meats at this price impossible to find in Orlando so if you know smoking or love bbq this is the place to go. Green Egg? Pellet Grill? Wood fire 🔥 grill? Santa Maria grill? Argentinian grill? I have some at home and this is my place to be...so happy they...

Wild Fork has been one of my most consistent source of meats lately. I still prefer the fresh Costco ribeye, but I have an option to buy the frozen and thaw at my convenience if I purchased from Wild Fork. Seafood selection is awesome as well and the pricing is beyond reasonable. If you are comfortable with the thawing process, then buying the frozen seafood is likely to give you better seafoods to work with. I love buying at the store instead of ordering online. Online orders are inconsistent at times and frequently ships/delivers partial orders. This is frustrating because you need certain quantities to accomplish your culinary goals. So shopping at the store in person is a better option, to me at least. I am going to sous vide (then pan sear) my black angus (17 days aged) tomorrow and making seafood paella with the seafood from Wild Fork. Forgot to mention their sides are very competent. Such as creamed spinach, cheese balls, skin on mashed potatoes.
