My wife has a iPhone 8plus that needed a new screen and asked about a battery. The guy ( driving a prius ) before even discussing in person what prices are and what we could afford he just started on her phone. After he said he was almost done My wife went to go get cash and when she came back he said he did put in the new $100 battery that I did NOT say “Yes let do it” After she told him she didn’t know due to the price of the battery due to pricing he said he could put the old one back in. Why after him using a heat gun to install the new battery would we say “ take off the screen and give me back my old one.” The guy seemed annoyed but he did NOT confirm with either of us! After he left, he left a mess and the back to another iPhone that was even a different color. We had sticky glue stuff on the counter from the heat gun and and a couple screws and plastic wrapping from opening things. Her phone now only works about 75% of the time when she goes to text or do anything with her phone. That did NOT happen before. The battery isn’t even nearly as good as a original iPhone battery even though they said the battery he put in was a iPhone battery. I Have a different person coming to fix her phone today. If the phone is successfully fixed and the different person to come fix the phone will actually fix it. Depending on the customer service and quality I will keep it as a 1 star until she’s properly taken care of.
Update: I am changing From 1 star to 3. Marcelo contacted my wife and she said he was nice and professional plus he cleaned up after himself. He gave me $50 through Venmo which I appreciated. Now hopefully the battery and ghost typing...

Read moreTerrible customer service! Don't give them your business! He was so rude, also quick to insult me and very hard to understand. He will attack you for asking him nearly anything, especially if you ask him to repeat himself even once. Then he will state it's $50 to stay on the phone with him to set up the appointment.. I'd pay $50 to have never had the interaction.. it was really a next level, bizarrely awful experience.. Do you want someone like this with your phone? Personal information?
The website is missing a ridiculous amount of phone models, options for repair, and he will give you conflicting information over the phone and in the chat. The website looks fishy, like it's a scam to harvest your personal information just to drive you off after it's obtained. Also looks like it was made in the early 2000s by a DND high school student with a people person problem. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.. It was astonishing to see how someone could produce so much aggressive, negative communication in such a short amount of time. No excuses for this awful unwarranted behavior.. Don't make...
