Bridal Closet — Local services in Draper

I actually stumbled across the website for Bridal Closet after purchasing a bridal gown from one of that popular chain store that advertising all the time. They shall remain nameless.. but the entire experience was a disaster. Poor customer service, misleading sales practices and I put up with all of that just to get the Vera Wang gown I wanted. Finally I receive my gown and it's damaged. Beyond repair. Nervous, worried and in a panic I found Bridal Closet online. I knew the Divina gown was gorgeous, but because I live in St Louis - would not be trying it on I was hesitant. Then enters Ashley. We communicated via email and boy did I send a billion. She was extremely responsive, even responding to emails after business hours. She converted my measurements to the dress size I would need. I received my dress today. A whole day earlier than predicted! Words can not convey how incredibly satisfied I am with the gown and the remarkable customer service I received from start to finish. Ashley tolerated my billions of emails and remained extremely responsive and friendly and made me feel so reassured after issues I had with a gown purchased from a chain store. My gown is so beautiful. My mother and I teared up (we cried like babies actually) when I tried it on. Purchasing from out of state I was so nervous but Ashley's responsiveness and great customer service put a lot of the worries to rest and when I received my dress today I couldn't be happier. It's in perfect condition and it was packaged well. I would gladly do the first dress drama all over again to reach this end result. Thank you, thank you a million times to Ashley and Bridal Closet, Inc I realize now why boutiques such as this are so vital if a bride wants a quality gown to remember forever. All I can say is WOW! Thank you thank you thank you Bridal Closet. My dress shopping experience was beyond my expectations. When I started looking for dresses, it was not so great at first. I had looked into Fantasy Bridal initially but they were pretty rude to me. After that, I was pretty nervous to keep looking for dresses. But when I found Bridal Closet, I had hope. As soon as I had called to make an appointment to try on dresses, they were so nice and so flexible. Then the day came to try on dresses. I brought some of my close family members with me and they were so welcoming and accommodating to me and my family. They even offered them water during our visit! I also loved the dressing and showing room. It was very private and personal. Alysse helped me into so many dresses and was so very nice. She was also very fun to hangout with and talk to. We tried on a lot of the dresses that I had found on their website that interested me. There was a couple I really liked. But then Alysse thought of a dress that would be up my alley and brought it out for me to try. I instantly fell in love once I had put it on. It was a dress I would have never considered by looking at it, but once I tried it on, it felt like me. It even has a pattern on it that reminds me of my childhood room decor, so it felt very personal to me. It was an amazing experience. I feel so blessed to have had Alysse and for her to have thought of that dress. And I just picked up the gown today! It came earlier than anticipated which made me really happy. I had an amazing experience with the Bridal Closet! This was the first place I went and I found 2 dresses that I absolutely loved! I had planned to go dress shopping the whole day and had appointments at different places so I decided to follow through with those and see what the other's had to offer. After going to the other places ( 5-6 of them) I went back to the Bridal Closet, other places had some of those dresses as well but the customer service was not nearly as good, Ashley( the owner) was the one I worked with there she was never pushy, always gave her honest opinion (when I asked) I finally choose between the two I loved there, They were so patient while I made the decision. They also have an awesome seamstress, I had chose a strapless dress with a straight neckline however I wanted it to have a keyhole back small lacey sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. It could not have turned out better It does not look added on at all it flows perfectly with the dress! It was also not nearly as expensive as I was thinking it would be, they are very reasonably priced with everything they have there including alterations (which can get really pricey other places) I also had a small mishap with my dress in which Ashley drove clear to Heber to help me out! I would recommend this place to anyone ( in fact I already tell everyone I hear getting married about it) I couldn't have had a better experience!
