The ABSOLUTE WORST experience of my life. DO NOT go here!!! CHEAP PRODUCTS, EXPIRED POLISHES!!! Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years now. I went in for acrylics. (my first time there..) My stylist was Tracy. It was around 445 when I walked in. She seemed so rushed like she wasnt paying attention. she kept tending to the people who came in after me .I was confused because she seemed to be skipping over alot of the usual things the ladies do, filing down my nails, my cuticles...etc. She quickly glued on the acrylics and began to place the powder mix on top, but she wasnt looking and kept putting the powder mix OVER my cuticles up my fingers. She didnt seem to care. Long story short all of the nails looked warped and way too thick on certain parts. She also didnt seem to care about filing down the sides and left them really jagged .I was left with nail glue ALL over my fingers and hands which she began to literally pick off my skin. I tried to be nice and still tipped her. The next day my gel polish was filled with air bubbles and seemed to be peeling away (appeared to be expired polish) i noticed that 3 of my nails were lifted and POP! A NAIL CAME OFF!!!!! I returned and asked her why this happened and she just kept pretending to not understand me. She was the only one in the shop and I wanted to give her a chance to fix it, so she quickly broke pieces of the rest of the nails, BUT LEFT THEM ON and put MORE powder mix on them!!! My nails were french tip so you could see all of the gross broken pices in the clear part of the nail. One nail was so badly warped it was curving over, and when I asked why she was doing that she again, pretended not to understand. I left so upset! Well that was yesterday. This morning, TWO MORE NAILS CAME OFF!!! So I pulled at the rest and the came right off. NEVER....

Horrible customer service , extremely rude . I asked for a manicure for two people when I came in . No one greeted us and there was 3 older woman just sitting down watching tv after we walked in and waited for a while just there once they felt like it they turned and asked what we wanted I answered and she simply answered get your color and we can only do one person at a time not both of you ( even though there are 3 workers just sitting around ) . We left with out saying anything . I don’t know what type of “ work “ they do but the customer service is horrible and the place smells very dirty . Not a recomendable place...

Worst nail shop experience of my LIFE! They rushed during the whole process of my cousin and I getting our hands and feet done. They cut me on my toe and my cousins finger. My nails look lumpy, uneven and thick af...not to mention they charged me for services I DIDN'T ask for. Ive never spent $40 on JUST MY...
