Walgreens — Local services in Dudley

The pharmacy manager actually called my cellphone because someone reported her strore automatically thought it was me, and said and I quote " you hurt my feelings" " with everything that I've done for you".. what have they done for me? Besie be rude . And be so immature that they call me because they get reported 🙄. If I could give them a zero star I would. Not only that I've shirted pills and given to many some may not complain but this puts me a problem. I can't fill on my due date. They also don't allow me to fill or pick up on the due dates. It's really old. So I am so done. My mom asked to switch to to another pharmacy but the pharmacy manager put the blame on me yet again. 😒. EVERYTHING HAS GONE UP IN PRICE. candy, snacks, water, soda, juice, Tylenol. You name it. I don’t understand how people survive anymore just really don’t. If working at that Walgreens and you decide to go on a break which is unpaid I’m assuming how go do afford a drink and snack. It’s Pathetic. The store is fine, staff is good, but whoever is running the pharmacy earned this 1 star review. Nothing but problems. They make such a simple task infuriating on a consistent, monthly basis.

I switched to webster for a while, and the pharmacist there was actually helpful and kind. Had to switch back to Dudley a month ago and I was hoping things would be different this time around. Nope. Still terrible.
