I go to this place all the time. Once a week at least. I’ve never had a problem. Today I go in to pay with my Apple Mastercard credit card. The young kid is confused because the card doesn’t have numbers on it. He goes in the back for help. Another Luddite comes out and is just as confused. I usually have patience for people who have no technical no-how. However this time the both of them try to tell me the card isn’t a credit card because it doesn’t have numbers on it. Are they seriously telling me no one has ever came in with a credit card that doesn’t have the numbers on it? It had my name and the Mastercard logo on it. Which I showed them but they still didn’t believe me. I then ask if they have the tap machine like every other retailer in the US. Nope they don’t have that. Well the 50 bucks you were about to make not counting all the other times I come in there isn’t happening anymore. Get with the times and show your customers some respect next time they come in with something you don’t understand but the rest of the planet does. Because when you don’t you loose a customer who was a regular and writes allot of reviews with of 14 million views.

Read moreI called Northeast Pizza at 7:30 on Friday to order delivery for my family. I gave them my address. He repeated it back to me. The only difference was I said drive, and he said Road. I corrected him and repeated the town. I am 10 minutes away from Northeast Pizza. He took my order and told me it would be an hour. 45 minutes later, at 8:15, I received a call from the driver asking my address. I told him, and he immediately hung up the phone. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Northeast Pizza saying, "We do not deliver to Oxford." I was shocked! The food was prepared and on its way, probably 7 minutes up the road. The person on the phone said he contacted his manager and said they would not deliver it. I was stuck at 8:15 with no food for my family. Clearly, there was a communication issue while placing the order, I definitely reiterated my actual address twice. That being said, I feel the food should have been delivered, and I should have been informed that, in the future, they would not deliver to my address. They didn't even offer me the option of meeting the driver somewhere or picking the order up. I was left completely stranded with no food at 8:15. What really bothers me, is the employee told me he contacted his manager. This decision was made by the store manager! I am absolutely disgusted with this...

After going 2 years without ordering food from there, I decided to order delivery from them today. Food arrived at my house about 25 minutes after placing my order. Delivery driver was polite and professional. So it seemed like a good start. That's were the "good" ends. I ordered a Super Steak, Big Mac Pizza, and Onion Rings. Super Steak wasn't bad but nothing I'd recommend. The onion rings were undercooked and cold. The pizza was steaming hot but when I opened the box it was burnt and there was no 1000 island on it.
