Horrible customer service: On 8/11, I called in and spoke to a woman to ask if they have wray and nephew rum in stock. She said no, and that they would have to order it for me and that it would be in by 8/14. She asked me how many bottles that I needed. I said I just needed to, but she said that she would have to order a whole case. I asked her twice to confirm that it would be in on 8/14, she said yes. I gave her my name and phone number to give me a call back when it comes in. She said that she would call me. 8/14 comes in and I get no phone call and I call the store. I spoke with a man and told him about what had happened. He cut me off saying multiple times that the supplier is out of stock and that they will keep on ordering it for me. I tried to express to him that his employee lied to me and that I didn’t even get a phone call to let me know it didn’t come in, but he was persistent on letting me know that they were out of stock and they will keep on ordering it for me. How are you going to order something for me when you don’t know my name or have my phone number. He said he was going to talk to an employee about lying to me. What employee when I never told...

Really, really nice store! This is my first time visiting since they changed ownership and renovated and it is a vast improvement. Super large and clean with a lot of space, big easy to read signs indicating where all the different types of liquors are located. They have every liquor you could want and a great selection of mixers, sodas, and snacks, and an excellent variety of regular and craft beers. Both the guys I saw when I went in greeted me warmly and were just really cool and helpful. Even though it's a little out of the way for me, I think this is my new favorite...

I don’t not recommend this store ! I purchased a tequila from this establishment that was referred from another tequila I considered! A 95 dollar tequila at that! It was deplorable! In the north east.. if you purchase a subpar tequila especially if it was referred they’ll exchange for a better option. This place tucked their tails and said it’s not their problem. Nonetheless I will never return to this establishment because of that. I’ll take my business somewhere else! I do not recommend.
