I really like this shop mostly because over the past five years Iâve used them consistently to have flowers delivered to my lady. Not really sure about the negative comments that I see on here but then again when you look at the other reviews that most people leave that are negative. They leave negative reviews on almost everything they review. Itâs OK to have an issue with a place but just to give somebody a negative review just because you give everybody a negative review is ridiculous. Iâm sure they wanna make mistakes from time to time and Iâm sure as a company theyâll make up for the mistake. The problem is when people leave negative reviews. They donât tend to tell you how the company made up for the mistake they only give you the mistakeso I think move forward as people leave reviews try to leave a fair review. Donât just leave a review because youâre just a negative person and you leave negative reviews. Iâve used these people many times. I have never had any issues in every single time. They do a phenomenal job. Itâs gotten to the point where I donât even have to give them much information. They know me they know who I am. They know where my lady works. They pretty much asked me a few simple questions just to understand what Iâm getting and thatâs it. I work in a customer service field and I canât stand with people. Just wanna leave a review just because theyâre a negative person look at some of these reviews just go in the history. You can clearly see that those people that are leaving negative reviews leave negative reviews on everything so I wanna say I recommend the shop if youâre looking for flowers because they do a great job theyâre human beings. I messaged Cindy and I received a text back from her saying, "Honey you got well your moneys worth, I am truly sorry you are not happy but I do not have anything to replace them with." I'm so disappointed this is how they treat their clients, but luckily after taking apart my own bouquet and with the help of the ladies at Four Oaks Manor and we made the best of the mess we were given and made it presentable. I was hoping Cindy would try to makes things right since my wedding was 4 hours after they were delivered, but I paid for my flowers in full when I ordered them, so The Duluth Flower Shop is no longer concerned about customer service and rectifying their mistake. She ignored me and would not come and fix the bouquets. I did not expect a replacement I'm 4 hours, but fixing the arrangements was very possible in the amount of time. The ONLY recommendation I would give would be to Cindy at The Duluth Flower Shop: I would recommend some customer service training because the way you treat people and speak to them is unprofessional.    Read moreI ordered flowers from out of town for Mother's Day and paid extra for the deluxe arrangement. My sister sent me a picture and I was shocked how small it was. I sent a note and they said that they made the standard vs. the deluxe. Had my sister not sent photos, I never would have known. They offered to send the missing roses in a bud vase. Really? I wanted a great presentation not a small arrangement and a bud vase. I told them I wanted it redone. They sent the bud vase anyway?!? I sent a followup email with no response. I called and they said that I was stuck with what THEY decided was a remedy for THEIR mistake. The owner said that they were too busy any that they would discuss more AFTER Mother's Day. Ummm...they were for Mother's Day. I will never order from them again.
