I love that I can just walk to this store. I am happy to see some big changes made by the new management/owners. I remember talking to the previous owner. I see the struggle before, and I know why. It was that lady that works there that doesn’t bother saying hi or smile (I think she’s the manager?) She always makes me uncomfortable to be honest. Every time I see her sitting on that little office, makes me don’t want to buy. The old owner was always not there, and I noticed when he was there then the lady would try to smile (which is weird). The guy cashier came and he is so much better. He is friendly ☺️.

In every business like this, it really needs a friendly and welcoming people. People from the nearby apartments would definitely support if they feel welcomed. I am happy to see that the new owner/owners seem to be there a lot, so I am having that welcoming vibe. They are very friendly and I’m excited to see more of the changes that they are planning to make. I start buying my pork chops there now; great deal!!! I also stop by there every time I go to the bakery. The vegetables and drinks are also the ones I always buy. Will do more of my shopping there now. Ohhh, you guys should try the new ice creams. I think I’d like to have a table and a chair outside, so I can enjoy my ice cream there now☺️.

this company completely ignored my allergy notes on my DoorDash request. I ordered bread, lettuce, and Cheetos for my children because our car is not working right now. I put in the notes that we are highly allergic to wheat bread and I put a substitution as Italian bread I also put in the notes that if they do not have my substitution for Italian bread to just call me unfortunately they did not contact me at all. Sent the bread and put my Dasher in uncomfortable situation because customer support believed it was his fault until he revealed that the supermarket filled the bag, not him. My order was done ahead of time as well, but you guys did not even put in the three ingredients I asked for properly, so what’s was the rush ? We got some tacos, a torta, some chicken nuggets, some fries, and a horchata to go. We were the first to-go customers to order, and it was done in about 10 minutes. On top of what we ordered, we received some tortilla chips and two little containers each of salsa verde, a picante salsa, a spicier salsa, and ketchup. The meats were so soft and flavorful, and the torta was chock-full of ingredients. My 17 month old son enjoyed the lengua from my tacos, as well as the nuggets and fries. Lots of options...
