I have patronized many places around the area. Some places better than others. For some reason, I decided to check this place out. Most of the time when I walk into a gun place, there is an initial stand offish kind of vibe. Not at this place. At first, I was going to check the place out, maybe just rent a pistol. What I got was a guy named Fred who was willing to help and show me what I wanted to see. No stand offish crap or snobbishness, just service. There was a pistol I always wanted to get. It was a few dollars more than I have seen it in other stores, but due to the service, I did not care. He even went through the trouble of sizing holsters for it. I purchased it. Will be doing more purchases from them in the future.

I then tried out their range. The "No Head Shot" rule was a little strange, but it was OK. There is not AC which could be problematic. However, I mostly patronize outdoor ranges so it did not bother me. I did like the fact that they require patrons to pick up their own brass behind the firing line. Make for a neater place!!!

I do not know what kind of things would cause someone to give this place a bad review. It is not the best place I have ever been, but the proprietors make up for it. Definitely...

Hit or miss with customer service. Made a purchase, higher than what it needed to be but since it was down the street went here just in case of issues. Had I did more shopping around I could of saved myself about $100 bucks. The guys were real cool to me during my purchase. Came in a month later to use the range and acted if I was there to steal. Real hassle to use their range. Had my younger brother with me which their website says kids can shoot with guardian with them, which I am his guardian. However, went in there and they asked for his ID which mentioned he was a minor but the guy on the other-side of the counter said “just like a bar, no ID no service”. I found this ironic as a bar serves alcohol for customers over the age of “21” not “18”, which he is a MINOR and website says they can shoot.
