Read moreA couple weeks ago I came here on my vacation and I haven't been able to get this out of my mind.
I'm Pagan and I take my practice very seriously, I was hoping to have bought something for the deities I work with as an offering / new decor for my altar, but the moment I stepped in something was just OFF.
The owner introduced herself as I was browsing some necklaces, and even though at first she was really nice - She was giving me and my boyfriend really dirty looks as we were walking around the shop.
I don't mean to be any kind of presumptuous when I say this, I have no Idea if the owner is native as well - but seeing the white sage being sold, as a native american, really upset me. I wished I would've thought to ask if it was sourced ethically while I was there. Not to mention that I could tell some of the crystals were fake.
Maybe it was just the smell of the shop, but I started feeling really unwell from the energy inside. When we got back to our hotel room, I did preemptive measures - set up wards, full-body cleanses, baneful work - and this feeling, although gone with time and a lot of work, was EXHAUSTING to get rid of.
I wouldn't recommend this place. If you want to buy from a small spiritual business, I'd say...
Read moreHorrible service and rude looks. After seeing some of the bad reviews I can confirm that this place is not the shop I once knew. I came to the shop last week and noticed a slight change in the energy in the store since the last time I’d been there. Amy usually helps me, she is very sweet and very knowledgeable about everything in the shop but when I go to the shop when she’s not around, I always find trouble. The owner I believe totaled me wrong, what should’ve been $15 turned into $30 and she didn’t even cleanse my crystals. I came back the owner wasn’t there and her other cashier wasn’t even able to refund me and told me to just call the shop when the owners there but no one even answered my call. When I asked about crystals the owner didn’t even know where anything was and starting looking around the store. She looked as if she didn’t want to even be there, the shop was not swept or dusted, and some of the stuff in the fridge looked bad and didn’t have expiration dates. After seeing some of the bad reviews I can confirm that this place is not the shop I once knew. Since Amy has left, I will be taking my service with me too. Very...
