Using the Winn-Dixie app to add coupons, bogos and printing coupons in store is one way I love saving money at Winn-Dixie. Keeps me coming back to save more.. Bathrooms, Handicapped parking self checkout and handicapped accessible. They have the motorized carts. I love the store. It is clean and tidy. One thing that is not dependable is the cart wipes inside the door and a garbage right by the cart station would be superhelpful. The deli has such a wide variety of foods. Meat dept is packed with options of all kinds of meat/seafood. Friendly/ helpful cashiers. One thing that could be improved upon is the size of the pharmacy. It looks extremely cramped and even though I have no complaints about the pharmacy staff, at times it seems as though their ordering process and delivery to store is lacking in availability. Also I have had prescriptions sent in by Dr and they have troubles receiving the prescription. If it is sent in by Dr it takes about three days for it to be received unless I take the bull by the horns by calling pharmacy and Dr to see what the problem is. Also getting into the plaza to go to Winn-Dixie is not hard to get into.....getting out is another story. Having to go to side entrance to get on southbound 27 takes alot of patience and a constant swiveling head. Always helps to have a helpful passenger to navigate out...

Magda is the most rude person I've ever encountered at a shopping center. How she still has a job being completely rude to everyone In self checkout blows my mind.
My first experience she asked me what was wrong w the machine when I needed help, I said I don't know 3 times and she started complaining about me. She went to another employee and loudly said she refused to help me. The next employee was just as rude and to this day, idk why or what was even wrong with the machine to help next time.
Slip forward a month and I went this week and as usual, no lines open only self checkout. I scanned everything but the soda cases wouldn't scan. She insisted I was doing it wrong and I didn't understand what she meant. I asked if she could help and she begrudgingly started slamming my soda cases around, then crushed my groceries with them not putting back properly and stormed off.
I still don't know what was wrong with the machine or my attempt or her attitude 😕
I will NEVER shop here again if I'm such a inconvenience and the staff is so poorly trained. They have NO customer service skills whatsoever and SHE CLEARLY HATES HER JOB AND EVERYONE INVOLVED..
She should be reprimanded and fired. In this economy, many more people much more deserving of this easy laid...
Read moreI had the worst experience today at this location. I got to the store and headed over to the Customer Service desk and stood behind the customer that was checking out. A lady I later learned was the store manager immediately asked me what I needed in a very angry and rude tone. She also said she was closing at 8:30pm in the same manner. I replied that I got there way before 8:30pm. The customer she was taking care of looked at me in total embarrassment and totally confused for the hostile tone Jamie was showing. His kid said something in response to what the lady was saying as she kept repeating nonstop she was closing at 8:30pm evidently annoyed, and he immediately asked him to just be quiet. Obviously, we were all there just trying to not make her angrier at that point. I couldn't help it and asked her why she was being so rude as it wasn't even 8:30pm. She initially denied being rude but backed down and took care of my request. All of this before 8:30pm. She made everyone standing there extremely uncomfortable. She behaved in an extremely unprofessional way. After I solved my issue I tried finding a manager in the store only to learn that she was the manager. Needless to say, I will never shop there again and will make sure no one in my family...
