Super helpful and friendly! We were recommended Ride On E-Bikes after our neighbors bought a couple of bikes from them one weekend. We were so impressed with the bikes and how much fun they are, we had to go check out the store for ourselves. Brianna was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions and letting us test ride the bikes that were in the store. She gave us recommendations on what she thought would be best for us and the intended use of our future e-bikes. The next day, we called first thing when they opened to alert her we wanted to purchase 2 e-bikes and the accessories we were looking for. She put together our bikes and the accessories before our arrival, then spent time reviewing the manual, while giving some tips/tricks that she knew about. We love our bikes and have been using them non-stop as they have made our local commutes...

WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I have been looking online for an e-bike for my son, who just turned the magic age of thirTEEN - yes, a teenager. Here is what is amazing about this shop! I looked over every bike for over an hour. Brianna PATIENTLY taught me dozens of things about e-bikes. I soon realized that the 26-inch tire was too big for him. She did not have the dirt-track type he wants in stock now. I spent an hour and bought nothing. BUT I soon realized that she was a TRULY HELPFUL PERSON. ZERO sales pressure! Instead, 100% HONESTY. I can certainly see why there are nothing but 5 star reviews of Ride On E-Bikes. One of the owners greeted me when I walked through their door. She was very excited to answer all my questions and I ended up buying the Mokwheel Basalt ST 2.0. Side mirrors and an iphone holder were thrown in free of charge along with free delivery to our home.
