Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dunedin

First time that I went into this little Caesars in Dunedin because I moved there and I pacifically went to order a fresh pizza which I want pepperoni and sausage. I waited outside. They told me within five minutes. It’s really strange that within five minutes. You can make a pizza but anyway when I came back in five minutes, the pizza was ready when I got home. The sausages were burnt. The pizza in the middle was a little bit raw. It was really soft underneath. The cheese did not taste good and the reason why I went in and ordered it because I wanted it fresh and my sausages were all burnt when I picked one up underneath it wasn’t cooked. This is a disgrace. I paid almost $13 for that pizza. I don’t know why I pay so much because it shouldn’t have been no more than probably eight dollars the front person she must’ve been you. She all kept on saying I I’m slow at this. I’m slow like this. The manager I don’t know, and the manager was the one that gave me the pizza which I presume the manager was the one that made the pizza supposedly there was only two people in there, the manager in the front girl I just couldn’t believe it that my pizza did not taste fresh. I Believe that someone should talk to the manager and let her know when a client orders something that is those pizza should go out very nice. It was a very ugly pizza. I didn’t even eat the first slice on it. I was so upset about this and I just moved here and my favorite place is Little Caesars, but I will not go back to that little Caesars. You need to put a check on that...

I placed an order at 4pm on a Friday night for delivery at 5:30pm. Originally it showed delivery time of 5:16pm. At 5:47pm I still had not received my order so I called the store and asked what happened and stated this was unacceptable as I had placed the order much earlier for delivery. The “manager” stated sorry we got busy, your order is out for delivery. I said yes I’m aware as I’m tracking the order but they’ve made 2 stops and are almost a half hour late from the time I asked for my order to be delivered. The person on the phone didn’t care at all, when I asked to speak to the manager he said “speaking” and then he said “I can apologize and give you free crazy bread” I said how about credit something on my order. He stated “you got your pizzas I’m not crediting the order” I said I don’t have my pizza hence why I’m calling. Then the delivery driver was walking up to the house and forgot half my order in the car. When we got the food it was all cold and had to be rewarded. I’m 100% dissatisfied. This...

So we order, pick up from an electronic delivery panel console like contraption by entering a code. Truly touchless. This was my 1st time ever and all was prepaid. Cide worked, door popped open. Retrieve all and leave (after giving small tip to employee) (no tip jar, what gives?) Sitting in car looking at phone and a knock on door. Seems I picked up someone else s order. Their mistake. I tell young lady, OK bring mine and take it. Had not even opened it. She said I can t do that. You are welcome to keep it but we are making your order now. She brought it. (Another small tip of course! ) stopped on the way home and friend who was not well SO appreciated the unexpected windfall! Paying it forward.
