I bought an xbox one series X, my favorite racing game to play was Need For Speed Most Wanted, so I called and asked if I could use a 360 game on my Xbox One ( I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to games/consoles ) and Randy, who works here, told me that it's not backwards compatible, and so on. I'm super glad Randy took the time out of his day to answer my call, and saved me money in the process. I'll definitely buy any games, if not purchased online, from here - instead of walmart or game stop. Customer service is hard to beat, especially when it's good. Best experience ever. My son is a big time gamer, and he wanted a PS5 but every store was sold out. We came here and instead of a PS5 he ended up with an updated PS4 with an amazing hard drive. The owner was very knowledgeable of the systems and games, and my son left extremely happy. It’s been 2 years since we bought his console and it’s still as good as the day we bought it. We won’t go anywhere else but here for his gaming needs....

Honestly the best thing about Dunlap, TN. Huge selection, fair prices. Don't expect to get things wildly cheap but nothing is overpriced. The owner is nice. He tests and cleans every game and console before he sells them. The owner will also custom build consoles.
