I love this place!! Maia my hairstylist took me from a faded pink fashion color to a lovely blonde. Not only was she super awesome at hair I had no babysitter and she allowed me to bring my three kids to my appointment. I will say if you do have the option please get a babysitter. But in my case I didn't and Maia and the whole crew at the salon were super understanding and even amused my kids while I got my hair done. I love this place! Kimberly has been doing my nails for years now and she does such an amazing job! She is always willing to try new things I want even if it's not something she's done before. Michelle does my powder brows. Let me tell you, that was a game changer for my face. My eyebrows look so good now! I've had a few of my friends end up on her table after seeing how good mine look. The ladies are always friendly and greet you when you come in. You get offered a drink when you arrive as well. I love this place, I'm always well taken...

My wife broke a nail after only a week. Visited today to see is she could get it repaired and the door was locked (3pm). Hours say 10-7. They returned to the store at 3:10. Was told by the only two staff members that they couldn't repair her nail because the one available lady had an appointment at 3. (As the staff wasn't there at 3, the customer could have left unbeknownst to them). A simple few minutes of courtesy could have kept my wife a customer, as this has been her first manicure in 18 yrs.
