Just so it's known, this 5 star review is for the hardworking young adults that work at this establishment. We are long time customers. I do, however, have a major issue with the owner yelling at the workers A LOT. I have been in there to place an order when I've seen both workers up front working hard to get orders put in by customers standing right there, unable to answer the phone right away. The other workers in the back working as hard as they can to get these orders done. Then the owner comes out of no where yelling at these kids in front of everyone! It's embarrassing and degrading to them, especially when they're doing all they can do already. The most recent that I heard was him practically screaming at them for not answering the phone before the third ring. Why can't he answer it?? The workers up front already had a lobby full of customers they were trying to help. If he has issues (and can't answer the phone) then he needs to address it in a more professional manner. Bullying and aggression towards your employees only...

Read moreAround noon, I ordered pizza online to be picked up at 5:45. Somehow, that was interpreted by the website to mean 1:30. When we got home after picking up the pizza at 5:45, it looked days old. I checked my email and found that our order had been ready since 1:48pm. Little Caesars policy is to consider any pizza older than 30 minutes as waste to be thrown out, but I guess they weren't paying attention when they handed my husband 4-hour old pizza that had been slow cooked to the point it was inedible. We called, my husband went back to the store with the offending pizzas and they made us a fresh order. I appreciate the employees remaking it, even though it wasn't...
