Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Dunn

Placed order at 12:13, was told it would be 20-25 mins. Pull up at 12:35 and pay, was told 1 piece of my order was still in the oven and it would be a few mins longer. At 12:50 another employee tells me they made a mistake over miscommunication and they don't hv the 1 piece of the order that was in the oven, that they are mkn it now. I wait in their drive thru the entire time. At 1:06 the Mgr brings 1 piece of the order to the window and says he made you extra for waiting. I ask about the remainder of my order as it sat on the shelf and she went and got it. I looked at the chocolate chip pizza and it looked disgusting! I handed it bk to her and she said they'll mk me another! What?! No! No refund for it just being made to either take it or wait. So I take it. I get home and that 1 piece that I waited so long for--missing sauce! So I call and speak with the same Mgr. She says, i don't know what comes with those cause i don't eat them. She suggests I come back to get it. I explain to her that I'm over it with pizza inn today and will not be returning. She then suggest that I return later in the week to get the order remade. 0/10 for food, service, quality and customer service. The chocolate chip pizza is hard as a rock and looks like they dumped an entire bag of chocolate chips on the pizza after it was baked. Not at all the experience I hv ever had here.

Gave this place another try dining in this time. High chair given was wobbly and had some type of yellow cake icing when provided. Pizza was old and dry. Salad bar was good. Waitress inattentive....

Pizza Inn recently hosted a fundraiser to help raise money for my nonprofit, Graylee Jo’s Grace. There are no words to describe how amazing it was to work with Rhonda. She helped me plan the entire event and was even there all day, the day of the event, to work! All of the staff were absolutely incredible- so kind, attentive, compassionate, efficient, great with taking pizza requests and getting them out to the buffet, never had to ask for a refill on drinks….I just can’t say enough good things about all of them! Most of them even donated to the fundraiser, which was just the sweetest thing. The pizza was good and hot! There was such a variety! The salad bar was fresh and continuously restocked. Even with the crowd of people, the staff checked everyone out quickly and made sure the drive thru moved smoothly. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you haven’t been out to Pizza Inn in a while, please go out and give them a try! You won’t regret it! If you have a big party, call ahead! They’ll reserve your table and have it ready when you get there! It’s the perfect place for events, birthdays, and fundraisers! They are evening doing more renovations now! 3/22/23@6:36 pm was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I placed a call in order of a medium pizza and cinnamon Stromboli and when I arrive my pizza was ready and when I asked about my Stromboli Madison went to check on it and when she returned she had what appeared to be an uncooked individual Stromboli and preceded to place it in the oven. I then asked her was that supposed to be mine she said yes. As another customer was standing at the counter waiting to pay for his meal, I asked Madison if I could just get my refund for the Stromboli she replied it ain’t my fault they didn’t fix your order right and preceded to walk away from me and went to the drive op window where she started assisting another employee. I immediately asked for a manager she replied to a gentleman who was busy making pizzas and he came to assist me. I asked him do you allow your employees to treat customers like that he replied he would speak to her. My family dine at this place on a daily basis for lunch, I refuse to allow this young teen keep me from coming back , however she does Ned to learn good customer service no matter what the situation is.
