Yes my boyfriend bought a mattress from farmer's home furniture . Not long right after we got it we knew there was something wrong with it we said something to him they just ignored us for about 3 4 5 months I called the corporate office they gave me their supervisor's number to that store I called him he said call the store and make a ticket on it. They made a ticket on it the man come out here and looked at it and measured it couldn't get the way it really looked wavy on the sides of it in a picture but he know what it looked like next thing I know I call it there now defects in the mattress at this time I would like to know what is wrong with any and all of them especially when they get it back if they don't see anything wrong with that but no they're not because they're liars let me tell you something I can take that mattress with one hand and fold it down to the other side and bend it right on over what mattress does that. Read moreSecond time purchasing from Farmers. I am satisfied with my first order. The second time it was an emergency and I needed a full mattress set. I went in on December 28 to finance. I received a call later that day stating I needed to bring in some paperwork. January 1 is when I took the paperwork to Farmers only to find out they were closed New Year’s Day. So I returned January 2nd and was told my order was cancelled. I was upset to learn basically my order was canceled after 3 days with no explanation by the finance department . It was an emergency for the full set. I asked the finance department why did she cancel my order she had no explanation. Canceling an order after 3 days is this the store policy. So I asked to speak to the manager and told her that wasn’t fair to me what the finance department did after only 3 day's. By her canceling my order set my delivery date back even further. I was really upset after that because like I said this was an emergency. The store manager was able to resubmit the order. But the finance department lady is not a nice person she could not give me an explanation why she canceled my order only after 3 days. So I’m having an issue with the full mattress set between that and the finance department I will not be doing business...

No call no show. Since then my wife called three or four times with a we'll call you back. Still no return call. I call today and finally get a return call from Shirley Jenkins. RUDEST LADY EVER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was asked why havent I fixed my furniture that is under warranty. She then said well we tryed going out on the 30th and noone was home. We didnt make the complaint until the 1st. She says thats besides the point. She says she will try to get someone out here Saturday. Do not get your furniture from here. I will be filing a complaint with bbb and their corporate. No one deserves this...
