Harnett Crossing — Local services in Dunn

Can this location get a order right? Ok I tried going back after their first opening . Went to order drivethrew and again missing something! BBQ combo with BBQ Chicken, missing some chicken. Hot food was put on top of the coleslaw and potato salad. Separate bag contained one tray of BBQ Chicken what's up with that logic? Anyway got home called store to inform on missing order..never recieved a call back. Food is good if you can get all you pay for and check the bags to separate cold from hot items. As I did at drivethrew though didn't count out the BBQ...

I'm not a fan of this particular Belk's location. I received absolutely no assistance nor customer service. The store was a mess, and I had to search for an open register after the woman in the men's department told me she was closing her register after she finished with the man ahead of me. She suggested I go to the shoe department. when I told her I had just come from there, and hadn't found anyone, she smiled and shrugged and said that's what "they" told her to do. I only had one item, and almost had to...

Whenever we are in the big city of DUNN, NC we ALWAYS dine at Smithfield's BBQ and Chicken! The remodeled location is bright, tables are distant too....The BBQ was well seasoned, Cole slaw fresh, fried chicken done to perfection and there are no words to say about those magnificent hush puppies....We enjoyed our lunch!! 😋💯😃 We missed seeing our classmate Barbara Holden this trip a manager who has worked there before we graduated...
