Ordered 4 footlongs for family. Had to be the worst subway sandwiches we have ever had. This franchise location does NOT hold up to corporate standards and doesn't even seem to strive for it. For instance, a steak and cheese sandwich without the cheese is not very good. How could they forget the cheese? And not just on one one of the sandwiches. They messed up 3 out of 4 or them, and it is not like they were stressed with getting slammed for orders before a sporting event or dinner rush. It's a staple part of the sandwich and was on all 4 order printouts for them to refer back too in case the person making it was new and experienced. It's like just eating meet and bread with no meld of flavors. Plus there is the disappointment of not getting the taste that you expect from a subway sandwich. When we got back to the relatives we were visiting, and noticed how sloppily and incomplete that they were made, we called the manager and he didn't even care. If you are so desperate for a sandwich that you could make better for yourself at home, then make sure you don't order ahead. Even with the precautions of social distancing (which isn't a big deal because there was nobody else in there - they aren't busy!) it would be best to order when you get there and supervise them making your sandwiches. They are obviously using order ahead customers desire to order/call ahead against them so they can package subpar product and get you out the door before you even notice. They have your money ahead of time and expectation or previous Subway meals at other locations at their advantage. Plus, perhaps they won't be so rude if you are right there looking at them make it. Better yet, just go to another location right down the road. We unfortunately just picked the wrong one and perhaps should have noticed they have only received one review in the past and even it was not stellar. There were several other Subway options in the area when I pulled up the ap. and hopefully they aren't all owned by the same person or locally managed by the same person who has such low standards of his staff and does not train them well. Perhaps just drive to the next town if you are on the road. If you are a local resident, then perhaps try another chain or local diner. I saw that you had several other options that we will try the next time we are in town. Never again will I spend $25 on sandwiches at that Subway and then not even be given the courtesy of them offering to fix...
Read moreMy husband and I visited this particular subway on 3/2/25 As a business owner and a manager of a fast food establishment for 14 years I’ve never had a situation in my life that couldn’t be resolved my husband and I order 2 foot long cold cut subs Combo. I also asked for a cup of the broccoli and cheddar soup was told by a young lady that they were out. No problem!! But suggested that the subway at Walmart had the soup so I said we can go there provided that my daughter is a co manager at Walmart, she said we have a special of the week so that’s is what we purchased. Once we got in our vehicle my bread was so hard. I felt his bread we did get 2 different kinds of bread but my bread was absolutely to hard I went back in and ask the young lady could she make an another sandwiched with a softer bread. She said she couldn’t not do that !! She said I can’t give money back I never ask for money back .Im a business owner and I’ve made a post about this situation sometimes it’s best to try to resolve the situation because I have a large following on fb with over 9000 followers. Next I’m doing a google review. I only asked for a fresh sandwich. My motto is I aim to please !! Sometimes as a business owner you take a lost but we really know it is not a lost to...
Read moreI stopped by this particular location but been warned by other people in the shopping plaza to go elsewhere.
I chose to go here because I was hungry. As i waited to place my order I watched two women behind the counter carefully placing meat on the bread.
They looked like they were decking cards more than making a good sandwich.
What turned me off was the small portion of meat they placed on the bread.
I've seen this display from other subways where they dont care how they make a sandwich.
There were two older women working behind the counter and neither one of them smiled.
Finally one says to me ,"What do you want"? In a real attitude voice.
" Nothing right now, I said ."
I.looked around and took a bottle water from the display case of cold drinks.
First she said $1.05 Then $ 1.25..then finally she said ,$1.65.
I was discusted at that point. Paid for the water and walked out.
I went back into Ollie's and seen some of the customers who warned me about this place and said to them, "You were so right, I'll never go back in that...
