Michaels — Local services in Dunn

I bout some frames when they were buy 1 get 2 free. Great deal huh? Think again!!! After getting 12 total that turned out to be the wrong size, I returned them today. Now mind you Niki, I believe her name to be, SAW ME go in, THO SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH WHOMEVER THE ENTIRE TIME, & I had to wait for her to end, according to her, was a convi about her uh.. volkswagon. Take care of your own business on out time. We all have our “things@. Deal with it on YOUR time. Anyway she saw me take a cart, go to my truck & load all 12 for a r & was so dumb founded by all. I gave BOTH receipts of purchase & still making me feel as tho I had stolen something. I WONT & DONT STEAL FROM ANYONE! She called her manager & they both dumb founded by their own cashier ant purchase, even with my receipts of purchase. After 30+minutes I was told, by the manager, you just got “free money”. I told her I did not want anyone’s “free” money, just what YOUR CASHIER ringed me up for. What a shame EVERYONE THNKS EVERYONE WANTS...

I’m a professional artist here in the Harnett County area and I have been jumping for joy ever since this store showed up. They have the BEST, most professional paint selection I have seen out of all the Michaels stores in the area! Even better than Southern Pines. I’m so glad my tax dollars are now going to my home county! In Dunn and Fayetteville, they are always kind and the store looks impeccable, and they treat you as a customer who has been coming for years. You can tell they take pride in their work and their stocking. The fine arts section is wonderful and the canvas is free of any dings or holes. I have had nothing but great trips to this store and they are always understanding about handling my numerous rewards and discounts and need for business receipts. Thank you for bringing Michaels to Dunn. Harnett County needed a craft store...

The cashier told me that she wasn't allowed to take cards at the register on my third and final trip to this location. Even though no one else was at the registers, Iwas asked to self checkout. The store is a small version of Michael's and has limited selection plus it still has full sections that have not had the merchandise come in since it opened. I have been in 3 times, I have never been greeted on my second time the cashier asked that I use self check out, but begrudgingly rang me up. I work by the Michaels in Cary, I'll continue to shop at that location, where they are friendly, have cashiers and all the merchandise...
