I used to work here, i put in my two weeks rather recently (am using an email that doesnt disclose my namw for this reason). I had a miscarriage, and had work the next day. Within thirty minutes of me being there, i had done most of the server chore list (fill ice, fill warmer water, replenished paper cups and plastic lids, swept, napkins, etc.) All while still suffering cramps and blood clots from the day prior (of which i am still suffering from, a week and a half later). At some point, my manager confronted me because i was complaining how lazy she, it was only af6er that that she even started to help out. I was already having a bad week, and frankly working with her only made it worse. I decided to take a break for 15 (fifteen) minutes in the breakroom. During that time, they were in the dish pit, laughin so loud the entire store could hear, but they also let the phones ring for almoat the entire duration, and only left their group a few mintues after the drive thru bell rang. I hope they have fun cleaning up, because i wont be there to do it for them anymore.
Food was also typically switched with another pizza, missing toppings, or had to be remade bc they didnt make it the first time. I dont...
Read moreMade an online order. Went to pick it up they forgot my breadsticks. They asked me to pull forward to wait. It took 20 minutes of us watching people pass us in the drivethru. We waited for 1 order of breadsticks for over 30 minutes. 30. How long does it take to make breadsticks. Not only that but out of the 15 people that came after us none of them had breadsticks that they could have given us. Instead we had to go in store and complain about our missing breadsticks again. That then took another few minutes after that. Our order was ready at 5:10pm we sat in the forward drive thru window area till 5:53. How did we manage to wait that long on 1 order of breadsticks??!! Not only that but we werent offered new pizzas or anything that had been ready for half an hour. They were cold by the time we got home to eat because they were given to us to wait in the car with us while we waited on our breadsticks. Im forgiving usually but this...
Read moreMy husband told one of the employees (Avaria) that I had a pineapple allergy. She went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. He didn't even tell her to get any special treatment. She was at the buffet when we got there and was telling us there was more pizza on the way. He mentioned the allery just because we were looking at all the pizza making sure I could get one that wasn't beside pineapple. She had a new pizza made, gave me my own spatula, and walked out four slices on a plate just to make sure there was no cross contamination. She even had the person cooking it use all new pans. I try not to be a pain about the allery. It won't kill me it just leaves my mouth and lips in a lot of pain. But she made the experience the best she could and didn't seem put out at all. She was nice and professional the whole time.
Thank you Avaria! Definitely will spread how awesome Durant Pizza Hut is and...
