The stores at BrightLeaf are wonderful, however, the management are vultures. They recently changed a parking lot that had been available for public parking for more than 20 years to a permit only lot. There is a sign, but no one there to help the locals during the transition. Two parking enforcement people were quick to tell me where I could get my car that they called to get towed. But why couldn't they have given me a warning when I pulled in. The towing company charges $220 to get your vehicle back. Just disgusting behavior! ...

But the parking prices just keep going up⦠just a few months ago it was first two hours free and then $2.00 an hour after that, and was run through a reputable parking app. Now itās $3.00 an hour, you have to enter your credit card info into a private pay site every time, and only a handful of businesses are validating. The parking lots are sitting 95% empty most of the time, and Iām sure itās hurting...
