I’m Tee, yesterday I went on a very nice date with my fiancé we were in Durham, NC in the bright leaf area. I’ve recently acquired a nice amount of money , while my Honey and I was waiting for time to pass by, I decided I wanted to get all my sisters, nieces and mother in law something sparkling at your store . We were excited because we knew our family would enjoy a nice surprise jewelry gift. He and I walked into the store and instantly saw a few things we liked and knew we were going to add those pieces at checkout. The first older lady walked up an greeted us nicely and told us about the store and was complimenting my fiancé on his shoes, which were some simple Adidas but then she let us go explore the store so I could choose more items for my family. There was another older lady, she was taller than the first one. She walked up to us and was extremely unsettling, she was flirting with my fiancé, excessively complimenting his jewelry and his attire. It just kept getting weirder by the second. She even walked up on him to get a so called closer look before I stepped in front of her. She was coming on very strong and we did not like that at all, we didn’t even want to look around the rest of the store because it was so uncomfortable with those two cougars , we was ready to leave. Told them we didn’t want anything from that store anyway more and walked out. A group of our friends met us at the restaurant new your store, and also wanted to go check out that store but we told them about our experience and they decided not to go. That entire Saturday we were walking around that area just supporting the local shops just buying stuff, because he and I love retail therapy, especially when it has sparkles. He decided that I should email you guys about it because we really did like some items at the store but we were trying to just get out of there at that point when it went from yesss very excited to get some sparkles to wow we can’t believe this is how this company interact with their customers. Making them feel extremely uncomfortable.

Hamilton Hill Jewelry is the place to go if you are someone who likes to feel special, or make others feel special. Not only do they have the most incredible array of jewelry by a wide range of amazing and original designers, but the whole staff there is just wonderful. Here I found the most special and original ring, which every single one of my friends (and even strangers) admired and just HAD to try on (well, luckily the strangers didn't ask to try it, but I'm sure they were dying to). Shelly was warm and understanding while I took my time to finally make the decision to buy it (after a few visits and la bunch of emails). She and Sarah were incredibly supportive when, by an unfortunate strike of bad luck, a stone fell off the ring. They even made the designer call me personally to apologize! I was incredibly surprised and impressed with the way they dealt with this situation, which was not their fault at all; they really made me feel special. My husband and I designed my wedding ring there with Sarah 7 years ago with multiple very special family stones as well as some purchased ones and we also purchased my husbands band.
