Michaels — Local services in Durham

No helpers! I recently visited a Michael's store to purchase some items. I was surprised to see how empty it was. There were hardly any shoppers and no staff visible. After I found the items I wanted, I went to purchase them, but I saw no staff there. My only choice was to use the self-checkout machines. I couldn't figure out how to use the machine and redeem my coupon, so I left the store without making any purchases. A day later, I visited Michaels at New Hope Commons and was greeted by a warm staff and a kind helper at the checkout. I was able to purchase my items.
