I would absolutely give this Chick-fil-a location a NEGATIVE rating if that was possible. I went here over 1 year ago and purchased a granola parfait and the serving size was less than half of the cup. I went back inside and asked for a manager who proceeded to tell me that it was the correct serving size. I politely told him that I get this same item all the time at other locations and I've NEVER received such a small amount. He did not offer to fix this situation. He just basically shrugged it off like there was nothing he could do about it. Needless to say I was appalled because I've NEVER received this type of response at any Chick-fil-a location. I proceeded to ask for a refund and that was the end of that experience. I went back to this location today 05/02/23 so that my friend could get some food. I refused to spend my money at this location based on my last experience. I was driving and I pulled through to the drive-thru to order. We sat there for 5 min before anyone even said anything to us. I could hear a lot of rattling from the microphone and even said hello a couple of times but no one said anything. Finally someone says "can I have a name for this order?" I gave my name and then there was complete silence for another 1-2 minutes. She then says the same thing again and takes my order but rushes me through the order and gives me total before I was even finished ordering. Once we get to the window I ask for a manager to see what was going on and Empriss comes to the window and is completely rude in how she responds to my complaint. She was completely rude and unapologetic for anything that happened during this transaction. She walks away like I was not an important customer. I have never had such a horrible experience, especially with a manager. She did not conduct herself in the manner of customer service that I am use to at chick-fil-a. I see there are several other similar experiences and ratings. I really hope that the Operator, Pamela reads these reviews and greatly improves the operation and customer service at this location. I plan to escalate this complaint seeing that it has been over 1 year between these experiences and nothing seems to have changed. Please be mindful that I did frequent this location prior to the renovation but since they re-opened things have gone way down hill. I think that they need a surprise visit from corporate acting as a regular customer so that they can see first hand how customers are...
Read moreI have to change my 5 star rating. I've been very disappointed with this location the last few months since they re-opened. My family gets takeout there about once a week & we spend over $30 each time. The portions have gotten very small. The menu has changed and they don't allow large drinks with combo meals anymore along with other restrictions. A large frosted lemonade used to be $3.75 now it's only available in a small and it costs $4.25. There is no consistency. I order 3 cups of icecream for my kids and each one is filled to a different level. When I mentioned it the employee told me "we just fill it until it goes." When I asked what that means she just repeated it. Last time they were all filled halfway. The fruit cup portions are now half full as well. The amount of fries is barely filled to the top. The frosted lemonade and shakes are underfilled. The nuggets, chicken sandwich and fries are either very over-cooked or under-cooked. They consistently forget food items, utensils, napkins, straws and condiments. When I get to the pick up window they are asking the name for the order like 3 times and ask what I ordered. It's very chaotic. The kids meal toys used to be really good but the last 6 weeks has been this lame movie ticket book. When they have a decent toy they won't let me buy an extra one for my child that only eats the mac & cheese. We eat there often because it's healthier than other fast food places and on the nights we can't cook it's necessary to get something quick. It's clear that Chick-fi-a has decided to focus on making money by cutting portions and menu options that we still pay full price for. They are consistently inconsistent and that is unacceptable for the high prices they charge. UPDATE: I gave this location one last chance. They made my sandwich wrong twice in a row and took forever. I ordered no lettuce and tomato and they just made it the same. Went home with 2 extra sandwiches no one would eat. They put 8 nuggets and a medium fry in my 4 year olds kids meal. No toy. I asked and he said "you want a toy?" Well yeah that's what makes it a kids meal! No chick-fil-a napkins. Looks like they just picked up plain napkins from the grocery store in a pinch. No bag for everything just like 8 small bags I had to fumble with and wasted food they didn't seem to care about. As I sit there waiting I see them filling up milkshakes to barely above half way then they hide the small portion with wip cream. I will not go back to...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-a definitely does not meet the expectations that Chick-fil-a as a whole has set. I have been here several times purely for convenience of location, but I have been disappointed and inconvenienced every time! Today my family went through the drive through and ordered our food at 8:13pm with Tequiyya who was very nice and did her job correctly. When we came to the window, we were told that it would take a little longer to get our food ready and we were asked to pull up to the red sign. We did and waited for about 5 minutes. We asked the person that brought our food out to our truck if she was sure that all of our food was in the bag and she said yes without hesitation. I double checked as my husband drove the truck out of the drive through. We ordered 2 chick-fil-a sandwich meals with mac and cheese, and 3 grilled spicy chicken deluxe meals. When I checked our bag we were missing both chick-fil-a sandwich meals, 2 mac and cheese, and 1 grilled spicy chicken sandwich. Literally half of our order was missing! We drove back around to one of the curbside spots and informed one of the drive through attendants of the mistake. We didn't catch his name, but he was also very nice and helpful. He reordered the missing food for us and said it should be out shortly. Lots of time went by... it was finally 8:48pm and we were very frustrated, so my husband went to the door of the chick-fil-a to talk to someone about the hold up. A man in a button up shirt (assuming he was a manager) apologized for the wait and assured my husband that our food would be ready soon and he would bring it out as soon as it was. At 8:52pm, another employee came to the door and waved our food in the air for my husband to come get it. I mean, really?!? We were there for 39 minutes for a drive through order and you don't have the courtesy to even bring our food to the car? Or even more disturbing is that the manager didn't tend to this issue himself or offer any type of compensation for this ridiculous experience! Thankful that some of their employees seem to care and that the food was good, but would like to see the other employees at least pretend to care and try to get our...
