Okay so, I usually do not do The Whole Google Review Thing however this one stung a little for me. So bear with me. I’ll start by saying this. I work a job where per the rules you have to be there an hr ahead of your shift. So for me that means driving an hr to get to Durham from Bunn to be there @ 6am. Furthermore my Job expects me to be in full uniform, dressed, belt on, proper footwear at that hr early mark. Anyway, a customer had come through the other day and gave everyone in the shop Lil Cards for a Sandwich from ya’ll. So after working in this heat all damn day I finally get my Lunch and I’m excited as all get out because I’m newer to the area I didn’t even know ya’ll were there. Walked in placed my order everything was going exactly correct. Until… I took another 3 steps to the right to the Register and Was Denied The Ability to Use My “Free Sandwich” Card because the coupon itself was from A different location. Okay fine… a lil strange but I have heard about that before. No problem, can’t use my coupon card cool. So at this point I’ve already used 15 mins of my 30 min lunch break. Where Ya’ll Really Lost Me Was She Had The Nerve To Look Me in My Face and Tell me They could 50% or Half Off…………… I politely Notified ya’ll the very moment I found out I couldn’t use the card to stop making the order really hope that shit ain’t get wasted plenty of starving people in the world. I used to really like Jersey Mikes def was our Go to Sub Shop.Worst Handling Of A Customer that I’ve Seen In A While Anywhere. I really hope a Higher Up Sees this Before it Gets Scratched. You have employees there that are actually turning custy’s away. Needless to say Me, my wife and my 3 kids will NEVER Eat @ Jersey Mikes Again!!! Have A...
Read moreI walked into the Jersey Mikes and asked if any of the bread is vegan. I was picking up food for my sister, who is vegan. The store staff responded with "I don't know; I just work here" which I found incredibly rude. That certainly is the job of staff to know or at least offer to find out what will not meet a customer's diet restrictions. I would have gladly accepted them pointing me toward a website with an ingredients list, but this staff member decided that not only is it not her job but I didn't deserve the decency of a more kind answer. Moving forward, I would not trust this store to tell me if allergens in my food as I'm sure they would believe it is "not their job" to know. I could ask the same question to find out, "does your bread contain eggs?" which might ask because I am allergic to eggs. I am tempted to speak with a manager for how poorly I felt about this interaction. I will NEVER visit this jersey...
Read moreWorst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, and I eat Jersey Mike’s at least 3X a week. Lucky for me there are other Jersey Mike’s nearby. The employees at this location are extremely rude! The bread is always hard as a brick, and they make sandwiches more sloppy, and with even less care than subway!! I wish I could upload the video of me knocking on my sandwich and it sounding like a wooden door. However, see below photo of the employee only putting mustard on half my bread. And when I asked nicely to put mustard on the whole sandwich, she got angry and stopped making my sandwich. There are two people working there out of maybe 10 I’ve seen, who even care to say hello to customers, and the manager is not one of them. I’ve eaten at 10+ locations throughout the Triangle. Worst...
