He charged me for a repair on 14kt clasp that he should have sauder the gold or at least heated it so when I pick it up I assumed it was spidered yet later in the day it did the same thing I brought it for repair and when I took it back he squeezed it with pointed pliers and told me “it should be okay now” once again it did the same thing again but when i returned it this time a female was there and I explained this is the 2nd time I’ve had to bring it back when it should have bn saudered the first time she stated she will make a note cause he would have sent it out if he had it saudered🤨2-3wks no call so I went there and he claimed they called me 2 times (that was a lie) then once he took the yellow ticket he proceeded to ring it up on the register so I said why are you charging me for something I already paid for and you didn’t fix? He kept saying show him the yellow ticket - the yellow ticket that he retrieves before you pay him and he doesn’t give back instead he gives you a receipt from the register (which he said doesn’t matter) basically I paid 2 times for something that should have been fixed the 1st time 😡distrustful, con artist, terrible...
