I recently moved to Durham and bought an office chair for my apartment. I was having some difficulty assembling it (put it together backwards) so I called in and asked if the store could help me. They said yes and introduced me to Bobby who was incredibly helpful.
Not only did Bobby help me assemble my chair but he was also incredibly friendly making recommendations for things to check out in the area. I left the store incredibly satisfied and impressed by the service that I received. I will be coming back to this store in the future with any future business that I have and think that Bobby should receive a raise or promotion (perhaps both). Got there and didn’t see any store associates and the store seemed low on a lot of stock. Got to the laptops and there was nothing on display. When I finally found a store associate and ask her if there were any laptops to see (thinking they may have been moved to a different location) I was told I a VERY curt, rude and emphatic manner “NO”. His behavior was quite rude, not only towards his coworker but also to a customer who was an elderly lady might I add... It made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is crucial in retail, and Alex's attitude detracted significantly from my shopping experience.
