This was a store I started going to often. I will not go back to that target. I called corporate about their customer service. I had to remain professional even though the worker was not. Yall have to stop treating people bad for no reason and thinking that is okay because it isn't. If I could give a zero I would. I walked out of the store and my 15 yr old niece was not understanding. Yall are making rudeness a common act which it isn't and I won't accept it. I was in the back of target with my niece and we were looking at the big houseplants. We noticed how the all were dying, broken up or either dried out. I decided to ask if they were.going to have a sale due to the condition they were in. So I looked around for an associate. A man came by and was putting something on the table so I politely said excuse me, he replied yes and looked at me. I asked.if he worked there which he told me he did and then got nasty instantly and short with me. He chuckled and said I am just wearing a badge for the fun of it, so i let the man know that I didn't even see the badge I actually saw the colors and no badge until he said something about it. He brushed it off and said yes how may I help you. I asked my question and he replied, no I don't see that happening and I said okay thank you. When he left my niece 15 yrs old said ewwww he was not nice and I continued to look around but decided I will not spend my money where I get treated bad. At this time I want to report him so I headed to customer service to ask them his name. As I walked to the front, nobody was at customer service but I saw him gathering carts, so I excused myself again and he was like yes. I asked his name and he said Kevin, I asked if he had an associates number to identify him and he told me no just Kevin and the way his badge was the name was hidden. He started walking off and then stopped and said is there anything else I can help you with in a sarcastic manner, I told him no. I was puzzled of why he was acting that way towards me and I couldn't process the rudeness because there was no need. I thanked him and walked out of the store. It saddens me to see the norm of ignorance. I called corporate and reported that incident right away. What they did with it, I am not sure. He said he would contact that store and talk to somebody about it. So, I don't know if that situation was even addressed I am not writing this out of anger, I am writing this to let it be known that working in public places, you have to keep how you feel about others to yourself and remain professional at all times. Customers should not feel unwelcome where they come to spend...
Read moreWent to Ross... Hated every second of it.... It was a childrens playground with clothing for sale... The shirt that was purchased turned out to have a rip on it and it was only noticed after putting it on... You can't see it went it's loose... I feel bad for the employees of that store... God forbid they ask a mother to gather her children ( they had been running around knocking clothing off racks.. screaming, running in and out of racks, they could have gotten hurt).. possibly all the children weren't hers just a few of them but they were all playing together.. The employees had to literally clean up after all those kids... I must have went on a crowded day too because the place was pretty crowded too and I don't know if it was only the kids making a mess with the clothes, I saw a couple adults look at a item, then literally throw it ontop of the rack, sometimes it stayed but most of the time it didn't and fell to the floor, mind you kids are running around in and out of the racks , stepping on the stuff on the floor... Poor employees is all I gotta say.... I learned not buy clothing from playgrounds..jk but...
Read moreTo be honest I think it's neat this area is still called South Square. That was the name of the mall in the area before it was torn down. The shops here now are great! They are all very clean and I haven't had any problems with staff in any of them. It's also convienent because if you come to this area to shop, you can basically find whatever you are looking for. There is a Target, Ross, Petco, Game Stop, Office Depot, Sam's Club, and multiple restaurants including a large variety of types of food. Fast foods are near here. Including Chick-fil-a, Cookout, McDonalds, a Starbucks inside of Target. Also restaurants for sit down dinning. Including, El Rodeo (mexican) and The Carolina Ale House. Venture out slightly further to find all sorts of other options. There is a Chucky Cheese's right across from where the mall once stood, and a Chinese Restaurant next to it. The parking lot is of reasonable size and I have never seen it fill up completely. Easy bus access, there always seems to be a bus stopped on the near by street and there are multiple bus stops near...
