My kids and I and went in for the first time today and WOW was I impressed! They have a wonderful selection of herbs, resins, and crystals! Plus jewelry, books, and other mystical needs. Honestly the best prices for frankincense, myrrh, palo santo, amber, and copal. Plus a huge variety of others and excellent prices. Lots of items that appear to based around Santeria and Santa Muerte. I also picked a beautiful 🗡 at a super reasonable price as well! I just get good vibrations the store and from the people working there. They also carry a variety of household things as well. Do keep in mind they only take cash, I forgot today but they do have an ATM in the back and the fee is only a dollar. I see a lot of reviews freaking out over that! Just stop, grow up, and pay with cash. Not every business wants to give away 5% or more of their money to a processing company! And they are all just very sweet...

I’ve been coming for years and love their botanical selection but the customer service has progressively declined and I have recently had such a bad experience with a rude worker that I left everything in my basket and just walked out. I felt watched and followed which has never been my experienced before. When I asked a question about an item the worker responded with attitude, I was very taken aback as I was not being rude to them. At that point I informed them that I no longer needed their help and thanked them I returned my basket and items and left immediately. It’s been such a disheartening experience as I really liked this store and I don’t see...

The main issue I have is that they rounded my items up to the nearest dollar, $3.70 to $4 dollars on several candles and charged me a dollar more for 2 particular candles. Granted one candle was not labeled but the second one was so she should have caught it vs guessing and not correcting it. I should have noticed it also so i just took it a lesson to pay more attention if i ever go back. The items were great nonetheless candles burned for almost a week straight and staff was helpful. Just crazy how they did the pricing...
