Came to this truck at the beauty supply store. Ordered for me and my mom. Young girl took our order at the window. She was very rude and had an attitude. She was about 11 years old. She probably shouldn’t have been there anyway because she’s a literal child. Anyway…. I paid for the food and didn’t get a receipt even tho I witnessed the customer before us get a receipt. Food was ready and a young man on the grill tried to accuse me of not paying first. I told him I paid already but never got a receipt. I ended up showing him the transaction in my bank app for proof of payment because otherwise he would’ve never handed the food over. Terrible service all around and I never went back. Food...

I was so excited to find this place but as soon as I stepped up to order and lit a cigarette, I was insulted by the employee (Christian) who took my order. He thought it was his duty to lecture me on the effects of smoking. He told me smoking makes you ugly and it makes your skin look bad among other comments he really didn’t need to make. When I expressed my discontent he began to tell me “God bless you and I believe in Jesus”. I said if you believed in Jesus it would be apparent in the way you treat and talk to people. Customer service absolutely amazing!!! The food was top tier authentic Hispanic food. Yes things were a little up in price but you’re paying for quality. I seen other reviews talk negatively about this place and I don’t understand why. If your in Durham give this place a shot. I always go to the big beauty world and smell the food when walking into the store. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Honestly I’ve eaten at a lot of other food trucks in Durham.
