My first visit. I checked the reviews before I walked inside period. I bought 2 Spring Rolls & Roasted Pork Fried Rice. The Rolls smelled good, ingredients looked fresh but mostly dough. Greasy. The fried rice with yellow rice had no taste for me. Bland. Added Soy sauce & Salt didn't improve taste, no good. plentiful veggies. A black gentleman ordered before me, obvious cashier expected we're a couple. He left. I tried to extend courtesy yet. she acted empty, uninterested. A Hispanic man & woman entered. Mother & Son perhaps. Cashier's frown turned into smiles! Real talk. Historically, Latino's spend more money. She encouraged large size portions....I looked her way letting her know I was aware of her change in attitude. And I thought at first this little hole in the wall that doesn't look like much the food might actually be good. Nada!!!!! I had four bites sealed to back up put in the refrigerator didn't even let it cool off. I can't even think of what will make this rice taste better. It was just planned and greasy I mean greasy it was so greasy that the bag had grease spots. From her experiences with customers she seemed not to expect much of nothing from people of color. I'm glancing the 3 and I say to myself how dare she when they're darker than I am. I won't return. Not even for the Lunch...
Read moreI have been a patron of this take-out for at least two years now, probably more and my wife asked me to get her a sesame chicken today for lunch. I gladly went and was hoping that she would share some with me because their portions are pretty good sized.
A lady I have never seen before was there at the front register and I paid my money for the meal, as well as extra for the half and half Arnold Palmer. Not once was one thank you given. I enjoy good food, but just as important is good customer service, and this was just unacceptable, so I kindly and calmly let her know that she had neglected to say thank you.
Her response was thank you, to which I let her know that she is thanking me now but could have thanked me before. To which she responded, verbatim, "oh so were supposed to say thank you every time someone gives us money!? Thank you, there I said it twice." I let her know that that was the last time I would ever be purchasing food from there and that I was a person, deserving of respect through good customer service just like her.
This was beyond unacceptable and extremely disappointing. It is an eye-opener though to just how little respect this establishment has for my patronage as a customer. Now off to YouTube to find out how to make this food myself. Sesame chicken can't be that...
Read moreI order here very frequently and order the same thing every single time. Today I decided to place an order for my regular beef and broccoli. When I arrived, I tell the lady at the register my order and strangely she couldn’t find it. She then picks up a bag of chicken and broccoli and tells me that this is my order. I told her that I never ordered chicken and broccoli. She then proceeds to tell me that I in fact didn’t say “beef and broccoli” but instead said “chicken and broccoli” and that I must’ve thought I said “beef and broccoli”. I don’t even eat chicken so I highly doubt that came out of my mouth. a few people in my car also heard me say beef btw. After telling her again, that, that was not said, she went on a rant for about 2 minutes. If I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve left! For peace sake, I just want my food I’m not here to debate with you! I more than likely won’t be back again! Terrible...
