KFC — Restaurant in Durham

The food that I actually got was good, so maybeeee I should give 2 stars for that, but everything else about the experience was terrible. I came to the drive-thru and the guy taking my order wasn't great (or even good) at his job, which isnt abnormal at fast food joints. Then one of the sides I ordered was "sold out," how do you run out of mac-&-cheese? So I chose potato wedges instead, they told me I'd have to wait 5 min for them and when I begrudgingly agreed you could tell they were surprised and wouldve preferred that i choose something "easier." So i pay, pull up as directed to wait, only to look at my receipt and see tht half the items I ordered weren't even on it...so I reversed, reordered and repaid. Waited atleast 10 min instead of the 5, checked my bags only to get home and see that I miscounted, so one of the sides that I had to order TWICE and pay for separately wasnt even there. Extremely frustrating, and I wouldve preferred to go in but it was just after they locked the doors so I didnt have much choice...this isn't my 1st crappy visit there--but it...

I placed an order online around 1930 and arrived at the store at 1945 and noticed that all of the lights were off as if the store was closed. I walked in and there was one staff member at the drive through on his phone with a line of 3 cars just sitting in the drive through. Once the staff member noticed me he told me that they are closed and I said “well I was somehow able to put in an online order for this location and am supposed to pick it up at 2000”. Two more staff members walked out of an office and one of them told the original staff member to lock the door. The service just got worse and worse as more people came in complaining and returning orders before the staff got a chance to lock the door. The staff members were cursing and just being rude to other customers. I heard the staff say that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill my order so a more senior staff member came over and grabbed a bunch of random chicken to throw in my bucket. Hello folks I decided to vosit this KFC and try it again after having a terrible experience several months. I thought that maybe things had changed wow was I ever surprised. This so called establishment needs to be closed, this was the worst one that I have been to. I bet the Colonel Sanders would close it down himself if he were alive. When I called back at the store I didn't even get am apology for the worst so called chicken that I got. I paid an upcharge for all white breast and when I got home it was awful. Will be going to pay them a visit on their daytime shift. I will be notifying the corporate office and let them know my experience. Do your self a favor and stay away from their restaurant.
