My husband and I recently visited Muddy Boots Farm, and it was such a fun experience! We had an amazing time picking sunflowers, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of sunflowers we were able to fill our jars with. It was definitely a worthy experience!
The young lady who owns the farm, was an absolute delight. Her friendly and excellent customer service stood out throughout our visit. She was very attentive during our conversations and made us feel so welcome.
On top of the sunflower picking, we also got to enjoy some of their homemade apple cider. It was absolutely delicious and added an extra touch of joy to our outing.
To top it all off, the owner even gave us a complimentary pass to come back in October for the pumpkin patch. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying more seasonal festivities at Muddy Boots Farm.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and affordable experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with the abundance of sunflowers and delicious apple cider, made our visit truly enjoyable. We can't wait to return for the upcoming pumpkin patch and create even more wonderful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat place for truly unique pumpkins. They plant an amazing variety of seeds throughout the fields and just let them grow. You can find some crazy looking pumpkins, especially if you are willing to get a little further back in the field. Seriously, bring your rubber boots, and plan on getting dirty. This is an actual farm, with actual dirt/mud, and the occasional pumpkin that rotted into a puddle of slime... No big deal with boots on - not great if you are wearing your dress shoes. Been going here every October for years, and they are always friendly. They said that they don't use any pesticides, which is comforting. They also have food, a corn maze, fire pits, and some other activities if you are into those sorts of things, but we just go for the pumpkins. If you want a tourist trap with amusement park rides and over priced pumpkins, go to Remlinger. If you want really great pumpkins and a chill farm atmosphere, go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur family always enjoys visiting Muddy Boots Pumpkins (including their Sun Flowers) because there is so much to do. They have a small food menu but itās good! The Sweet Corn reminds me of my grandpaāsāthe best Iāve had. The pumpkin patch is big and has tons of variety so you can find large or small and of all colorsāgood for carving and Fall decoration. The prices are best for the smaller pumpkins. The patch doesnāt look over-picked even though it can get busy. Try to go at opening to beat the crowds. The corn maze is super fun and you can scavenger hunt 10 scarecrows ā it takes about an hour, longer with littles if youāre doing the full thing. And get the map postcard for $1, itās worth it (or use your phone GPS map if you get really lost, you can). The apple cannon was a blast, try it out. Weāve rented the campfires at night and highly recommend for a cozy...
