Family Dollar — Local services in Dyersville

If I could give zero stars I would. In the past couple of weeks the store closes by 5 if not earlier. Making it an inconvenience for most people here in Dyersville. Yes I know we have Dollar General. But Family Dollar is a bit cheaper for cigarettes. The manager at Dollar General can and has run her store on multiple occasions by herself. You'll only see Dollar General closed 2x a year. Seems like your store needs a major overhaul in management and employees. And please don't say nobody wants to work. This is a small town and word gets around on how employees...

Five stars for the manager for keeping the business open and running. Shame on you as a corporation that makes billions to keep these stores understaffed. I think the assistant managers should be fired for not being reliable. But the district manager also be fired for the lack of training. And bad business practice for keeping these stores...
