WORST customer service EVER! I felt treated very poorly here by the staff and the manager. I made a request to return two items that were a size too large. They made no attempt to help me do that or meet me in the middle and sheepishly suggested that I browse around and buy other items they had on sale. They said it was because it was online but in the policy, it says they can be returned within 30 days so I was confused. It was extremely dismissive, condescending, and rude! I have had so many great experiences with Express so this will go down as one of the most awful express customer service experiences from not one but two employees. And her excuse was sorry the associate has language barrier yet I over heard the associate talk to another shopper. I wish I caught the gentleman’s name, blue eyes, average height, lower middle aged, BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, EVER. That man got my girlfriend and I in and out of there in 30 minutes with the best fitting set of dress clothes I have ever bought. Without him, the experience would have no doubt been a day trip.
