Bought a new ball from there, overall great experience. Rolled a few so they could get a sense of my stroke, marked my ball in terms of how it was tracking on the lane, and made recommendations with that in mind, as well as what I was looking for and well within budget. They have budget friendly used balls but I went with a new one because of how good I felt about the purchase. Ball came in on time, drilling felt great after some no added cost adjustments. Overall very happy. Only downer was that I was only given about 3 minutes of practice time on a lane to try out the ball, but that might have been because it was busy on the lanes. As a newbie bowler, I had my ball drilled at another location and had been dissatisfied at the fit/feeling of the ball. I called in at Scott's pro shop to get a second opinion.

When I got to the pro shop Scott took my concerns seriously and identified several concerns I had, some of them being concerns I di not explicitly say beforehand. After redrilling the ball to adjust the span and thumb hole sizes he took time to have me hold and release the ball to make sure the fit looked and felt good. Only when I communicated that the fit felt good did we call it and paid for the service.

So my experience was great and I'll be coming back to get my other ball...

The ball fits well to my hand. I didn't have Scott watch me throw so he went off what I told him. With that, he did a good job. He seems really busy but he still was able to get me a ball drilled in two days and that I appreciated. My only gripe is that at pickup, the ball inserts weren't set yet and he had someone else do it. Both inserts were glued with one about 1/16th and the other 1/8th of an inch exposed outside of the hole. I had to take a razor blade to both. I'll still give 5 stars but the inserts could have been installed...
