This is the best bubble tea shop that is open in all of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I have had a lot of bubble tea from Denver and California, and was looking for a tea shop now that we live here. What makes the boba so good is the way it is cooked. It is not hard, it is the perfect amount of chewy and you can tell that the pearls weren’t left soaking for a long time as they sometimes are at other shops. Gets pretty busy around noon. Employee did ask if I wanted jellies and whip cream. I like to get the Thai tea smoothie . I may go without mango jellies next time around because it changes the flavor slightly. But I’m always guaranteed to get a huge jolt of caffeine and head rush if that’s what you’re looking for. I always feel like I’ve traveled slightly out of Mn when I go to get bubble tea so I will return soon.
