This cake shop is very special. I have ordered with her three times and each time Smari has went above and beyond. The first cake was for my son's first birthday, it was so beautiful and on theme, and it tasted fabulous. The cake was a two layer mango cream cake and it was the centerpiece of my sons "wild one" birthday party. The second cake we ordered from Smari was celebrating Eid, this was a 9"double layer Chocolate Cake with Carmel filling and vanilla butter cream frosting. This cake was phenomenal and everyone loved it. Not one crumb was left. Now the last cake was just so special, I just recently graduated in May and I ordered a graduation cake with Smari, this cake was made with so much attention to detail and love, the cake was a double layer vanilla cake with strawberry jelly filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I loved this cake, it was so beautiful and tasted divine. Smari's cakes are the perfect balance, of appearance, texture, and flavor. The pricing for the cakes are extremely reasonable as well. The order process for her semi-custom cakes is a breeze - the website is well laid out, the order form is very intuitive and the turnaround time for an order is quick. Smari is friendly & professional in all communications leading up to the pick up date. The cakes themselves are stunning and delicious. There are so many fun designs to choose from - I love the floral dome style, very whimsical. And the lemon raspberry flavor is a perfect mix of moist cake, tart lemon and sweet raspberry preserves.
