I wanted to share an experience from today. I wish that I could give them 10 stars. I went by the store around Tuesday to buy a baby gift for a baby shower that I attended today. I am a last minute shopper but it was no issue for them. I wanted a baby outfit monogrammed. The lady told me that it would be ready by Wednesday of next week. I told her that I needed it today because the shower was today but if it couldn't be done by today, I understood. After all, it was my fault that I was doing my shopping for the shower last minute. She made a phone call and then told me that they could have it ready by Friday (yesterday). She said I would receive a call from them when it was ready. I didn't hear from them yesterday, so I called early today to see if my monogrammed outfit was ready. She told me that unfortunately the embroidery machine had gone down on Thursday and the owners were out of town due to medical issues. I wasn't mad because that's something that's completely out of their control. She asked when I needed the order. I told her by 12:30 today because the shower was from 1pm to 3pm. But if it couldn't be done, I completely understood. She apologized several times. I told her please don't apologize because that's an issue they had no control over. She asked the absolute lasted that I could pick up, I told her 1:30. She said she would call me as soon as it was done. At 12:30 I received a call from them saying my order was ready to pick up. I couldn't believe it. They even apologized again when I picked up my order. I thanked them several times. I was completely surprised that they were able to get to the order. I just wanted to give them praise because they followed through even through obstacles that they had no control over (and my last minute shopping) and were completely friendly...

I purchased two Pandora charms from Under the Carolina Moon in late April — both are already broken, and the store has done absolutely nothing to make it right. That’s over $100 down the drain in less than two months.
The first charm (a clasp, which should be secure and durable) fell off completely due to a defective closure. When I called to report it, I was told since I no longer “had the charm,” there was nothing they could do — never mind the fact that it’s missing because it was faulty in the first place. What kind of logic is that?
The second charm broke — and when I called with the one broken piece I had left in hand, they still refused to help. Why? Because it was a “last chance” item. Apparently that means no replacements, no warranty, no accountability. For the record: “last chance” does not mean “lasts 6 weeks.”
This is absolutely shameful customer service. The charms were clearly defective, and instead of standing behind the products they sell, they’re hiding behind technicalities. I’m furious, and rightfully so.
If you’re thinking of buying Pandora here, don’t. Go somewhere with integrity — because this place...
Read moreI’ve debated on posting this, but if someone else has had the same experience i don’t want them to feel alone… This one hurts my heart to post, but this event has just weighed on me.. I used to love UTCM, and would shop there very often. I appreciate their support for law enforcement, and the community. I had came in during the clearance room sale, and had my 5 month old daughter with me.. Hair in a bun, baggy tee, legging, birkenstocks, and baby spit up from my very colic grumpy baby. I was looked at like complete trash, pushed by shoulders WITH MY DAUGHTER IN MY ARMS (different times by the group of friends that was shopping) and physically heard myself getting “whispered” about while they giggled…. Not only did that happen with the customers, but 2 employees also were “whispering , and giving me the “look”… It hurt, and It was completely downgrading. I said that to say. You never know what someone is going through, and their story.
Sincerely, from a mom who was just trying to have a mental escape day from work, college, no sleep, and a poor baby girl who suffers...
