Went to dinner with my family it wasn't that busy (maybe only 5 tables where filled)when we went so we thought oh this will be great simple dinning experience. We got seated almost right away and the guy that came to take our drink order we noticed our first red flag. He got us chips and salsa and our drinks and we asked for a few mins to look over the menu. We'll he looked super irritated when we said that. He came back 15 mins later took our order and went on. When our food came he stopped by and asked if everything was good I said no sir we are missing a kids plate of food. We'll he said no just 1 I replied back no sir I said 2 when you took our order. We'll he put the order in and walked off no apologizeor anything. Came back mid meal to refill mine and my husband's beverage and my oldest asked nicely excuse me sir can I please have a refill? He blaintly ignored and walked off I said excuse me he needs a refill of tea please; he came over with an attitude filled it up walked away. He didn't come back till we were done and when he did we asked for 3 Togo plates and the check. We'll due to his attitude and him not placing the order correctly we didn't leave a tip (honestly I don't have to; I tip based on service and this service was bad). Waiter was very rude. Acted like we weren’t there. When we ordered he was VERY confused or just didn’t care. I asked a question about the order and he got very nasty. So at this point I just kept my mouth shut and let my friend answer the rest. Someone else brought the food to the table which is obviously okay but we were never checked on after that. We ran out of drink during dinner and since the guy never came to see if we needed anything I had to get up and find another waiter. I then ordered a Long Island and it was the nasties drink I’ve ever had. It was obviously not made right considering it wasn’t even in the right type of glass. Which means the pour ratio is way off. The food was okay , I guess. It was time for us to check out and leave and I had to find the waiter guy again. He had a nasty attitude when bringing the check and during the whole check out process. I have been to this restaurant for as long as I can remember and I have never had an experience like I did Tuesday, 10/9/18. We went in around 3:40 pm and were taken to a booth. The waiter came and took our drink order, then returned to take our food order, before he left I asked to add one item, he then rolled his eyes, made an annoyed noise, then let me finish. After our food came out we never were checked on again. There was a female employee sitting in a booth in the middle section talking on her phone, with the speaker on. She was speaking Spanish very loudly and cursed multiple times, not realizing that we understand and can speak Spanish. It was beyond rude and after a random waiter saw we were out of drinks (which we had been since half way through our meal), that's when I noticed our waiter was sitting with the loud rude female.
