The entire hotel was disgusting from the corridor to the “out of order” vending and ice machines. The ac in the room we were in had rust completely lining the vent. The rooms were connected by a locked door on the other side that could’ve been unlocked at any time and another guest would be in our room. I checked in late night and left the next morning to do some errands to come to my room was “cleaned” and all my things gone through. The cleaners were using SHOPPING carts as cleaning carts. The place is drug ridden and should be shutdown. The owner SONNY who told us this was what days inn knows him by should not be in charge of customer service there. Refused a refund and then tried to get us to pay cash just to get it back on our card. We expect a call from a higher up.

A smaller Days Inn in Easley proper. Check in was simple and the staff has been good. The room I had was small but had all of the standard amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee. The tv channels are standard and the room has a nice sized tv. There are enough power outlets to charge all of your accessories. The hotel has a standard continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy in addition. It also has a small pool that is clean and good for cooling off on these hit days. The hotel is on US 123 with easy access to restaurants and other assorted businesses close by. It is about a 30 minute trip to Greenville/Spartanburg, Travelers Rest and only a few minutes from Clemson.

drama....👎🏾Local Brothel, Roach motel or Cost was significantly more, after fees n drama . It took over 3 hours to check in. 🤯My misses was VERY Pregnant at the time! 🫄Once we Finally got to the "room", and the house keeper had JUST kicked the previous Parties out 2 mins before we got back to the room. We waited for hours to just get a key to this rathole.....tho There were plenty of other vacant rooms. 💥🚹🚺 Why did we wait 3 hours for this dump. We waited an additional 20-30 mins to allow the miserable housekeeper to tidy the room up *not clean*. ::::::See photos ::::::: n don't bother staying here unless ya need some Crack 🏔️ or some azz. 💞

Even one star is too many for this hotel. I stayed in both room 233 and 235. They were both horrifying. First of all, the sign says "free wifi!" But they might as well not have any. You have to reconnect literally every 5 minutes and half of the time it won't even pick up. In room 233, there was mold in the shower, the bathroom light was burnt out, and there were holes in the sheets. The hotel phone in this room didn't even work, and the microwave was almost completely black on the inside. There were cigarette burns in the comforter and we never got any sleep because the people on both sides of us were running around all day and night banging on the doors and always yelling at each other and playing loud music. Then, in room 235, the toilet and hardly flushed and we were always scared it would overflow because the water fills up almost past the seat. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, and they were almost always out of toilet paper. The tv was apparently wired wrong, because if you turned on the microwave, the tv would cut off, and the ac didn't work. The mini fridge would randomly beep for hours, and I have no idea what could cause this, but it could only be solved by unplugging everything. Along with all this, the comforter in this room also has cigarette burns in it. Our neighbor was extremely loud, and seemed to be on meth. He actually brought his moped up into the room with him, up an entire flight of stairs, and the entire floor smelled like gasoline after this I am not sure why he was allowed to do this, or why the staff didn't catch into it, considering they have camera screens in the hotel lobby they they seem to watch 24/7. The entire place was a let down. I wish I could say that customer service was good, but it was actually the worst part we actually had a staff member banging at our door at 11am saying we had to pay or get out right then, and we had just booked another night literally an hour earlier, and after yelling with her for a few minutes, she finally went away. The people in the lobby were enormous jerks as well. We got room 235 after my boyfriends uncle used it for one night, and so we needed clean towels. But after bringing down every dirty towel, the man at the desk got angry and insisted we would have to wait until 11am, because no service in any rooms would be given until then. The most annoying part was probably when we got locked in the "breakfast room" by a staff member, and when every morning room service would bang on the door and even when you yelled "no thank you" "we're good" or even if you put the sign on the door, they would still open the door all the way, look at you for a minute, then say, oh sorry, and leave. The only good part about my stay was the sweet Caucasian brown haired room service lady with glasses. She was very kind and would joke around with us, always making us stay. Otherwise? This hotel was terrible and NOT...

DONT DO IT!!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in!! I had issues in every way possible. Well to start with the staff are either unable to speak good English or very rude. I was not able to get clean bedding or towels without seeking them out, once I get to someone and ask I'm served attitude and give 1 towel for a room with 5 people in it. I had a broken bath tub faucet and broken toilet leaking water into the floor. My sink outside the bathroom was clogged. I was denied access to any cleaning items (broom, mop, plunger) I had a toilet stop up and was denied a plunger and they never fixed it. The AC unit did not work. I was a victim of domestic violence in the room and I received absolutely no help, I was told by the hotel manager "Don't let it happen again" as if I chose to be abused. I was denied a key card change even though I had put in place an order of protection and I had the cops call and explain the entire thing to the manager. The ice machines are out of order and left plugged in to beep all night. I damaged my vehicle trying to enter and exit the driveways on either side due to uneven paving. I was denied access to the wifi password for some unknown reason. There's a very heavy drug presence as well. The bath tub leaked in the bottom floor room under me. The front desk staff are very rude. I really have never had such a bad experience in a hotel until this place. Definitely not Domestic violence victim friendly at all, I got no...

AVOID THIS PLACE! Now I know why this place has such a low rating. PLEASE save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else. I live here and my sister was coming from out of town to visit, I went ahead and booked the room for her, went and checked in because she wasn’t getting in until late. Her, her bf and son had went to the room, put their things down and then went to roam around and see what all there was in the area to do. They go back to the room, the key doesn’t work. THEY HAD CHANGED THE KEYLOCK after they left!!! They said they couldn’t give her a new key because she wasn’t me. They REFUSED to allow them in to get their things! My sister had her phone with my number in it in the room, the man asked for my phone number and she didn’t know it by heart (barely anyone I know remembers numbers this day in time with having smart phones) They said they would give them their things in the morning!!!?? So her bf finally got ahold of me via Facebook. I had to call the front desk and explain to them it was my sister. Then they said her name wasn’t on the reservation list, so he wasn’t going to let her back in. I have NEVER had to fill out any papers for another guest after I had already checked in. This customer service is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give ZERO STARS! Next time I will listen to the reviews rather than find out the hard way. To this staff- DO...
