I stopped by this Little Ceasars on Wednesday evening. When I asked what they had already prepared and ready to go, they only had 3 Pepperoni pizzas available. What they had an over abundance of were employees standing around talking and messing with their phones. So, I get the total and I pay with a $100 bill. I was then told that they didn't accept $100 bills. I asked how they couldn't accept it because it was genuine U.S. currency, and what changed that I could no longer purchase a product and pay for it using U.S. currency. Then I was told that I had to spend at least $30 in order for them to accept the bill. My total for what I wanted was a tad over $27. So I asked if I needed to purchase another 2 Liter drink or maybe a 20 ounce drink so I could surpass the $30 threshold. Finally, after dealing with this for almost 10 minutes and holding up the line, the Manager relented and let me make the purchase. The Manager said that I should've read the sign that says they don't accept $100 bills, I told her there weren't any visible signs that conveyed that. She looked at me like I had something growing out of my forehead, or possibly didn't believe me that there weren't any signs. I asked if she'd like me to make a quick recording of lobby to show that I wasn't lying, but a fella that had came in right after me chimed in and confirmed what I was saying. Then, the Manager said that at her other Store there are signs posted in the lobby and that they are highly visible. I finally paid and left. Little Ceasars selling point, "Hot & Ready" was definitely an incorrect phrase this night. I would understand the lack of preparation if they would've been busy, but that wasn't the case at all. All together, it took a little over 20 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. And from now on, unless extenuating circumstances arise, I'll never go to this Little...
Read moreI have been a fan of Little Caesars Pizza for years because the expense is low and I have enjoyed the quality of their pizzas over the years. 2 months ago a friend and I split a pizza in Simpsonville at their Little Caesars we added extra cheese on my half and he had pepperoni on his it was delicious and fresh. I imagine he paid extra for that additional topping choice however yesterday I went to my local Little Caesars on 123 Highway and Easley and wanted to get a fresh standard $5 Pizza with just cheese. I have not ordered one of those in a while but I know the difference between a pizza that is fresh and one that tastes like it was made yesterday. I got home took a couple of bites out of the First Slice and was so disappointed I called the restaurant spoke to the manager and explained my displeasure he told me to come bring the pizza back and he would give me another one however I was very hungry and extremely tired after a long day and I decided not to bother but I asked him about the fresh versus fast and ready option and he said that all of the pizzas are made fresh right on the spot however I waited nearly 15 minutes for my pizza to be made so that I did not have one that was left over from several hours ago and he did not seem to believe that when I was telling him was legitimate. I have been eating pizza all my life I've eaten plenty of pizza that's a day old and one that is very fresh I can tell you and anyone else reading this review that what I received was a pizza that was at least several hours old because it was dried out I will never eat another pizza at that location and if I could give it to zero Stars...
Read moreStore has really gone downhill these days. Whatever you do, do not order them through doordash. They do not understand how it works and I was pretty much informed that all they're worried about is their bottom line. I placed an order and realized that my sister had her address set on the account. Upon noticing this, I cancelled the order and remade it with the correct address. After the second order, I received a notification saying that the second order was cancelled by the dasher. I understand these thing happen and while frustrated, I remade my order a third time to finally get some pizza. Shortly after, I received a call from the store manager who said, "We already made this order once and we're not making it again. If we aren't getting paid for the order, we're not going to make it." So tell me how I had 3 transactions on my account all from doordash little caesers. The order was paid for but they decided they weren't going to make the order again. I honestly don't see why they didn't just give me the first order since it was already made. The doordash agent that helped be get my refund told me he wouldn't place an order with Little Caesers again because they'd cancel it instantly. Sucks because I used to eat a pizza for lunch every day when I worked at the movie theatre down the road. Real shame how bad the customer service is under...
