Mandee — Local services in East Brunswick Township

If i could give this store zero stars i would! Awful service! I went to the store looking for clothes, the lady that was working was very rude she yelled at me, saying the following “ If you need anything let me know before you touch it because we are closing soon”. I was there at 6:00pm and they supposedly close at 7:00pm i understand they need time to get ready for the next day but that it very unacceptable. Isn’t there time after they lock the doors? I will not be coming back to this store ever again! They have lost a very frequent shopper! I am in disbelief about the service at this store. They need to tell employees to be more nicer to their customers, if not that’s how you lose customers. She could of been nicer when speaking but she chose to be mean and disrespectful! Hope no one else has to encounter a situation like i did! Don’t waste...

FYI, their closing hours apparently are at 6 and not 7PM, looks like they need an update. I initially called the store to see if they had something in stock, and they gave me a nasty attitude on the phone for no reason as if they didn’t want to help me, so I decided to go in person instead. I got there by 5:30 and they were already rushing people out and telling people to stop touching their merchandise and to “be considerate”. I quickly made my way to checkout and decided I didn’t want 2 items that weren’t on sale, and the employee yelled at me saying “Ugh, you should know what you want already!” … Once I made my way to the door to leave which was locked, one of their employees grunted and rolled their eyes to simply open it on my way out. The cashier and manager were EXTREMELY rude. I rarely try to stir up anything because I know how stressful it can be to work in retail, but that doesn’t excuse it. I tried to receive store credit since they’re return policy only allows exchanges/credit. But they told me they don’t do store credit and gave me a hard time in order to receive the credit. I told them that the cashier who rung me up didn’t explain the return policy. The manager even made a comment to say that the person who rung me up initially would’ve told me about the return policy. Essentially calling me a liar. It’s printed on the receipt that I’m able to receive credit within 14 days of purchase. I will not be shopping at that Mandee ever...
