The service was completely horrible. I asked for a cup for water and when I went to go fill up the cup with WATER one of the workers came out from the back to watch me. He then yelled at me asking if the cup had water in it, in which it DID. I asked the guy at the front counter for three spicy mayos and the man told me I could have one, same thing for the chopsticks. The spicy mayo had a long hair in it, and the noodles were hard. In a last couple of months the service became rather bad: in the ordered bento box takeouts we got wrong orders (beef or chicken instead of shrimp), and the rolls were half of their previous size and almost tasteless. Since we opened the bags only at home, we had no desire to drive back to get what we actually ordered or argue. Sad, it used to be a good place with attentive service and tasty food. The weekend after Thanksgiving, we decided to do "hibachi" teriyaki take-out from this location for a family of 5 while commuting home. Nothing fancy. Ordered 5 Chicken and Shrimp entrees. Received 5 REGULAR Chicken Teriyaki (where's the shrimp I paid for?). Realizing the mistake, it was already too late to ask for a replacement being that we lived an hour and 45 mins south.
