Deanna, the shop owner, did a fabulous job with our daughters wedding this past weekend! She drove an hour one way to the Estate where the wedding was held for a nominal fee, which was TOTALLY worth it and I'd pay it all over again!! She is professional and attentive to details to create the style and look you desire. She did the bridesmaids, the bride and mother of the bride, yours truly😁 Everyone looked great and loved their styles! I was especially pleased that despite the downpouring of the rain our hair remained intact!! I most definitely will recommend her services and use her for any future needs!! First of all the customer service at the Swirl Shop is amazing. I walked in to get my hair done as part of the wedding party and three women so kindly said hello, or how can we help you today! And of course all with smiles. I felt comfortable and welcome right through the door. It doesn't stop there! I get my updo done for the wedding and she did an amazing job. Made an appointment with Laurie based on the Facebook reviews. She seemed rushed and barley let me explain what I wanted. Most of the haircut she talked to another stylist and her customer and just chopped away at my hair. She cut one side shorter than the other. When I asked about it , she just sniffed and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. It was a terrible cut and I had to go somewhere else to try to fix it.
