We decided to try this place on a beautiful spring Sunday, so we expected crowds. We waited between 30-45 min for a table - no big deal. We ordered within 10 min after being seated. We then waited around an hour for our food. When we inquired about the status of our order, we were met with a kind gesture from the owner, a free order of chips, and a sincere apology about the wait and the kitchen being overwhelmed and under equipped. That was all code for ‘we forgot your order’ as we saw the servers cleaning other tables and the kitchen staff pop outside every few min for some sunshine, but fine. Mistakes happen. The kicker was the food. The photo is their ‘Benny Benny Boo Boo’ which is advertised as jalapeño waffles and eggs and hollandaise sauce, or their take on eggs Benedict. I was served 2 minuscule triangles of waffles topped with eggs swimming in a ‘hollandaise’ sauce and wilted greens (that’s after 1 bite - not extended time in the sun). Again, I know that orders get forgotten sometimes, but I would have preferred the kitchen hustle to get it out lightening fast upon realizing the error or make plate look amazing. We appreciated the apology, but the food didn’t make up for anything. Even without an hour wait, I wouldn’t go back for the food. The portions and presentation need work (just put a whole waffle on the plate for starters) and the flavor was just meh. No spiciness to my jalapeño waffles and the sliders the others ordered were fine, but also teeny tiny with a minuscule amount of cheese and a few pieces of cooked onions. Their ideas are on point, but they need better execution. I sincerely hope that this place is able to improve their food, because the atmosphere and beer menu are promising. Giving this 1 star as my friends had been there 2 times previously and also found it lacking. We had high hopes because of the sun today!

We enjoyed it! Three of us, 2 got mixed drinks and I got the milk stout and the East Coast IPA. Neither really fit my palate but whatever. Both tasty brews. The beer menu had lots of IPAs, sours, fruit, dank, blah blah, and a Mexican lager. My taste buds lean more to American Pale Ale, ESB, porter, pilsner, and dark ales, so not exactly my jam, but it's cool. Lots of folks will love this. Now, the building is super cool and just nice to be in. Really slick. Lots of parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and attentive, so only positive marks. We ate tacos, tots with pulled pork, and the cool chicken and waffles thing with mashed potatoes inside. I heard that was amazing and the plate was clean, so I believe it. The tots were very good, better than one would expect. Fresher somehow, I dunno. Just wow good for tots like that. I saw the fish tacos disappear in a hurry and heard good things. I'm wheat challenged, meaning I don't dare eat anything with wheat in it from North America...thanks Monsanto... So I really wish there was a gluten free bun option on the menu for the pulled pork sandwich or the burger. Alas. Tots for me. It's cool, I'm used to it. We enjoyed the place and absolutely will return.

We stopped in here for a beer on a Thursday late afternoon and ended up staying for dinner. We sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us quickly and gave us menus and enough time to look at them before she took our orders. I had a sour lime beer and it was good. We eventually orders dinner. I had a Mediterranean bowl and I added jerk chicken to it. I liked the jerk chicken and I liked the bowl however combing the two was my mistake. Mediterranean and jerk flavors didn’t match up. The food portions were generous. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The staff seemed to get along pretty well. While we were there a storm came through with heavy winds and everyone who was outside came inside. Tables were blowing over - I felt bad for the staff trying to get umbrellas down. It was an easygoing and laidback atmosphere until that happened. One of the tables that came in was having a good but loud time. They sat right behind us and cackled. That surely changed the vibe in the room. Prices were comparable to other breweries. Parking was easy. We had an overall good time.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly and have been so embarrassed at a restaurant. We decided to try lunch today at Jackass Brewing Company for the first time. Our waitress was pretty friendly at first and explained the menus to us and welcomed us to the restaurant. Our food arrived and they had served it with dirty plates! They gave us two plates and the top one appeared clean however the one underneath had ketchup smeared all over it. Appalled, we waited for our waitress to return so we could ask for clean plates so we could start eating. It was pretty busy that day so she didn't come back for awhile so meanwhile my fiance walked up to the bar area to exchange for clean plates. The bartender was very nice and apologized and gave him clean ones. On his way back to our (extremely) small table he bumped my martini glass which caused it to fall to the floor and break. We looked around for help and stood up however no help came. He proceeded to clean the glass up with his napkin then went up to ask for a broom. The lady was very rude and asked why, he explained we accidentally knocked a glass over. Finally our waitress arrived, picked up the glass and left all huffy puffy. Then another lady in a yellow shirt (I WISH I had gotten her name now), arrived and she started cleaning the rest of the mess up. She asked me if they had brought me another drink yet. I said no. She said ok. We finally start eating and realized our order was wrong. They had forgot to add pulled pork to our mac and cheese, not a big deal. So I simply let the waitress know so we weren't charged for it since we didn't receive pulled pork. Fiances' order was also wrong on his burger he ordered. Again, annoying but not that big of deal, so we didnt even say anything. They then bring out another martini for me towards the end of our meal. I said thank you, and proceeded to drink it. After we were finished she brought our check. We were charged $24 for 2 martinis! I told the waitress they accidentally charged us for both martinis. I reminded her the 1st one had spilled to the floor (I literally had maybe 3 sips of it). She said she will go ask about removing it. She came back and said She was told to charge for both since I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ONE. And then gave us a coupon for a free beer for next time. I told her I did not ask for another one, and I certainly wouldn't have wanted another if I was being charged another $12 for it. The waitress became clearly annoyed and said she would get her manager. I said, it's fine, we will just pay it because we would really just like to get out of this place. So, as we were filling out the credit card slip the lady in the yellow shirt hustles over to our table, literally gets so close to me and almost in my face and says You asked for another drink that's why you were charged. I said No, I did not ask for another drink. She said "WELL THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID YOU DIDNT WANT IT WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT OUT. YOU SAT THERE AND DRANK THE WHOLE THING." (What was I supposed to do with it?) I was like, wow ok. I didn't know that. She then says to me well the waitress said you called me a LIAR. Stunned, I said I DID NOT CALL YOU A LIAR. I cannot believe this is happening at this point, I was so shocked and everyone was staring at us witnessing this lady talk to me like that. (Even IF she thought that why in the world would you come up and get in your customers face like that !?) We then gave our coupon to the table next to us as we will NEVER...

Not sure why we come to this place, probably because theres already limited places to eat in the area. Each time we come there's always some issue, usually service related. Each time we've given them the benefit of doubt as I know its hard to find good employees but tonight was probably the last time. We came in knowing the kitchen was going to close soon. We asked the hostess at the door if we could order before it closed and she were happy to sit us as we were well within the ordering time still. After being seated the waitress immediately came by and reminded us of the short window to order food so we knew to review the menu quickly. We were probably ready in about 2-3 minutes but the waitress was at another table taking to what seemed like her friends. Some time went by and we assumed since she also knew the kitchen was closing that she would be cognizant and quickly come back. Unfortunately her side conversation took longer than it should have and we actually had to call another staff member over because we knew the kitchen was closing. Unfortunately the time to order food had now passed by 2 minutes and the same hostess that sat us originally told us it's too late to order but we can still order drinks instead. We explained to her that we were still waiting for our waitress to come back but she said "there must have been some miscommunication". The icing on the cake was when the originally waitress walked by she actually giggled and said "oh sorry!". We politely left.

Honestly all the positive reviews on here come...
