No one at registers. Store full of customers. I dont like to make a fuss, but i was waiting for a bit. Then I said "hello" many times, loudly, made eye contact with a few people but they carried on with their shopping (like I would have too). Finally, a man came from the back & said , "you have a customer, (forgot her name). " Then one of the person I made eye contact with earlier, comes to the register. I wasnt going to say anything bc I understand everywhere is short staffed nowadays. The 1st thing she says "Tsk, She don't even got her things out 🙄" (she means on the belt, I had my items still in the basket in case I needed to change checkout lanes). So I said as such. As she points to the checkout light, "You follow the light" with such attitude like I was dumb. I have been in stores where the cashier checks out your items at an unlit register. She proceeds to continue giving excuses and how it's MY fault. I know the phrase "the customer is always right" is so far from the truth usually, but she was no way in the right. So rude to me...

I was completely shocked and in disbelief, so much so I actually went through the entire store. I simply could not believe they did not sell such a simple household product, and if they didn't they should. So, me being my stubborn self I went to look for myself, long story short I found it but it was pushed all the way back on an empty shelf. This wasn't a one off thing, many of the shelves there are 80-95% empty. I don't know why you bother to open a business of you run it with next to no pride at all. I think a dollar general should open right next door to this place, and everyone would go there. They do have some things like random snacks. Usually, the end of the isles are supposed to be full and not empty you know this.from marketing 101. I still go here sometimes, but it's...
Read moreI recently went to this location to purchase Valentine’s Day balloons. The cashier told me that I can come back the next day(which is closer to Valentine’s Day) to get them filled. I went in today to go get them filled and was told that they don’t have any helium left. At the bottom of the receipt it tells you there is no returns only exchanges. So now I have six Valentine’s Day balloons that are not filled with helium because this location chose to not be more prepared for the Holiday. If anybody ever tells you that you can come back to get them filled with helium I highly recommend not doing so, especially because they seem to run out of helium...
